You should got there!. I liked the place the employees were really friendly

and greeted me as soon as i came in so people

don't believe these other bullcraps people are saying

it's a good place to shop and I understand some of the

employess are young but give them a chance!

don't go there. I wasn't acknowledged while I stood in the car stereo center for 20 minutes, until I said I was going to Best Buy. I purchased a XM radio. It has only been a month and the wiring started dangling at my feet. I also can not even hear it now. I spent all that money and can't even enjoy it. The service guy was rude and never told me how to use it. I didn't even get a book or manuel for my XM radio system to tell me how to use it. It was the worst experence I have ever had. I travel and just wanted to enjoy music while I drive. I also needed speakers and was discouraged for getting any. I was told that I probably didn't need any, even through my driver's front doesn't even work. I should have went to Best Buy like I was going to.

GO ELSEWHERE. I made the mistake of goint to CC for a new car stereo. So much for thinking the "big company" would have good knowledgable employees.

They totally ruined my dashboard by apparantly using a crowbar with an idiot behind it to remove my dash, thanks CC.

Then they turn you over to their Insurance people so they can Low Ball you with an offer that's only One Half of the repair bill quoted from the dealer.

I complained to the store manager and he claims "it's out of my hands"; Translation: You Are SO SCREWED and I don't care.

Go to anywhere else and you'll be better off.

Now I hear their stock price is Tanking and they may soon Go Under, I can see why with this kind of customer service. Very Dissapointing for sure.
