Rochele, as a military family member, I'm sorry you feel as though some do not take care of what you feel they should. Please do not judge the entire Armed Forces for the conduct of the few. As far as your comment about "they're just passing through", that's not entirely true. Plenty of military families are stationed here, for a long haul and sometimes their entire career. I've dealt with PROCOMM myself and yes, they need to get their act together. IN regards to the renters in your area you can contact their Property Management company and file a complaint. It sounds as though they are violating more than HOA rules but their PM may not be aware. You can do a search on Google or you can get on the Bexar County Tax Appraisers website and do a search for the property to locate the owners. Hopefully things work out for you :)

Worst Place to Live. This is the worst neighborhood I have ever lived in. The HOA is a buch of crooks. The management company PROCOM is lousy. The dogs run free. The people park their cars on the lawn, The renters have taken over. They play their music loud and vibrate your homes. They BBQ in the front yard. Most of them are Military they don't respectj the Home owners. They laugh in your face and keep doing what they want to do. You complain to the HOA, you complain to the management company, and you complain to the sherrif dept. Nothing ever gets done. That so call park is lousy. I hate this place. I can't wait until the housing market turns around. I am out of here. Its funny only KK has something to say. Stop living in a dream, and NO people s/not be allowed to BBQ in their front yard, there are rules that everyone s/follow. The Military has no respect for the HO, they are only passing through. No respect leads to no respect. I know longer repsect the one that lives nxt to me. He does not follow the military code of conduct. He must have gotten into the military with a waiver. This is still an AWFUL place to live.

Feilds Of Dover Problems. I like the neighbor hood but these kids's are out at 10:00 and even 4:00 for what!!I have no Idea.Knocking on your door and running,doorbell also.1 of these days some 1 is going to get hurt cause if I catch 1 of these fools around my house or car ,somebody going home with a big head a.. ach

We love this neighborbood!. I'm not sure what's up with those other reviews, but my husband and I love this neighborhood! I held out on writing a review until we'd been here long enough for me to really get a feel for it. We've been here for three months now, and so far so good. I have never seen any animals wondering about aimlessly, and that is saying a lot because we have two small children that I am constantly outside with. This is a neighborhood full of families though. If you don't want to have to deal with kids playing in the street then you probably shouldn't live here. There are kiddos every where. The only complaint I have is that the streets are a bit narrow, and all of the houses have small driveways, so there are cars parked all along the street most of the time. Other than that, for the most part people keep their yards looking nice...all the neighbors I've met are friendly.

Pit Bull Running Loose on Sundew Creek. There is a vicious pit bull that runs loose. He bit our visitor and has tried to attack many people on our street. We called the dog pound, the converse police, the bexar county police and nobody seems to care. I guess everybody is waiting until somebody gets bitten again or killed. Somebody wrote about "the mechanic shop" this is totally true. Homeowners association just turns a blind eye.

Unstable Neighborhood. Please be careful at this neighborhood. Ask your neighbor to lock their doors and to install an alarm system. Many houses have been burglarized, specially during week ends. The economy does not allow to sell our homes now, but as soon as this gets better, we will move to another community.

It will be a good idea to buy a big savage barking dog to take care of your home while you're at work! We will.

Public Housing in The Wonderful Fields of Dover. Bad, bad neighborhood. Neighbors leave garbage and cans all over the place. People drink on the streets. Kids play in other people's yards. Dogs and cats running all over the place. It looks like Public Housing. The worse part is that the "Wonderful Association" does not do anything about it. What a waste of our money!
