Beware! – Our experience was great to start with. When we walked out of the office, we just knew these people were most interested in providing us with a wonderful, worry-free wedding event. They talked a good game but when it came to performing or following through on their promises, boy, were we ever disappointed.

As soon as they got our $1,000 deposit, they wouldn't return our phone calls, did not make appointments they emailed/confirmed they had done (this was especially troubling since we flew in from out of town for these non-existent appointments), and, best of all, referred us to people they "knew: did great work and these people actually had never worked for or with them. As it turns out, they picked names out of the Yellow Pages for us - make up artist, etc. We could have done that ourselves and saved $1,000.

Don't waste your time and money for this kind of disappointment. Your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life. Kendra and her staff couldn't care less if you get the help you are promised and pay for. You need someone you can depend on - The Wedding Connection, and whatever other name they operate under, is not that company.

A voice from The Wedding Connection – Hi my name is Kendra owner of The Wedding Connection I am responding to Mrs. Holland?s concerns. Mrs. Holland and her fiance had met with one of our coordinators several times going over all her decor for her special event in March. After several revisions to her contract she finally made a decision to book with us at The Wedding Connection we excepted her request to book although when she came in to book she removed several items from her contract bringing her flower & linen proposal total down from nearly 2000. to less than 600. we asked if they would reconsider leaving the additional decor items on their contract to guarantee our services since the minimum was not met they said they might but they would have to talk it over. We held there contract and there deposit until they made a decision. After getting the final decision from Mrs. Holland not adding the centerpieces back onto their contract as it did not fit in their budget. We then had to decline the proposal and deposit.. We as a company along with all other companies try to maximize our service, inventory, and staff. Our goal at The Wedding Connection is to provide our clients with the upmost quality & attention to detail at an affordable price. Our floral minimum of 1500.00 is set to give our client the most for their money. When our floral minimum is not met it causes our flower cost to go up and then our clients cost to go up, rather than us charging our clients more we would rather decline the order and give them a referral of someone who can help them out (Like a flower shop that carries flowers on a daily basis) We are a company that strives on customer service and quality we had no intention or meant any harm in the planning process of Mrs. Holland?s. We service nearly 350 clients a year as it shows here on City search and other web-sites we have a great record. I also understand you can?t always please them all but we certainly try.

Terrible customer service, very unprofessional and rude. – My fiance picked this company out and like some of what they had, so we went in set out what we wanted with their florist and front desk person. We signed their contract (requiring %50 down) left our down payment and assumed all was ready to go. NO! They emailed my fiance saying that we did not meet their minimum floral amount ($1500.00) and that we would have to add items to get to the amount. I was not interested in that at all. I called repeatedly for 3 day to try to talk to someone about it to see what the story was. Finally after 4 days I talked to Kendra who was extremely rude, condesending and basically said I was to blame for them not telling me that a minimum existed and for thinking that they should live up to their end of what was a legally binding contract for me, but not them. I would not recommend this company and will spend a great deal of energy online letting people know what kind of business (if you could call it that) to expect with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
