over rated. We went there and heard that it was a cool place to go. Upon arriving at 10 P.M. before there was a crowd we go to the door and the doorman asks for our Id's. My girlfriend is the only one in our group who has a new one and he acts like it is fake, so we tell him he can ask inside or I mentioned he could go on the texas department of public saftey's website to which he responded "does it look like i have a computer?" After he comes back he says "you're lucky, only one person in there has seen these" in a real arrogant way instead of saying something like "I'm sorry i just found out these are the new licenses' in Texas" which is what I thought he would say after leaving and acting like it was a fake.

Inside, the Bar was decent the music was okay, but the martini's were served in the same plastic glasses that they served all other drinks in. The drinks were only okay, nothing special but expensive. Overall I think the main point of the pointe is that it is in a good location, and people probably go there because Spur's players have been seen there. These players should get a cut of the profits because there aren't any other draws to this place.

On the upside we did have a really nice waitress who was very friendly and got us a table in the VIP room since we were a large group, and not snobbish like the muscle bound bartenders and rude doorman. Also the place is nicely designed for a small bar with nice ambience, but the owners should spend some time and money getting better staff.

P.S. I was not drunk before or after leaving this bar and therefore my review is not biased by some drunken haze. I also am generally not hard to please if treated decently. We left and went to a really nice bar across the street called Kennedy's.

Best bar!. Beautiful bar! Great music and great drinks. I even saw a couple of Spurs and new casters there. Highly recommend it.
