Horrible experience getting service. I called this company with a broken refrigerator on a monday, they said they would send service out to look at it on Wednesday....well, nobody showed up. I called them promptly Thursday morning, to let them know nobody showed, and they told me they were full for the day and would work me in if they could!!!! Then went ahead and scheduled another appointment for Friday, yet again, the time came and went for the repair man to show up, now it is a week later and I still have no working fridge...Horrible customer service.

If you value your time and good customer service, DO NOT call this company.
