Best place in san anti Best place in San antonio – Last night I ordered some pizza and some buffalo wings with a soda and also a brownie da service was amazing not only did I get way I asked for but da driver was real respectful I gave him a five dollar tip I really recamend this piezanos to every one day wants to oRder out I give this place two thumbs up

Charged for food that never came! – While staying @ the Hyatt Regency we found this flier under our door, thought it would be alright being the hotel allowed them to advertise. After placing my order and giving my credit card info we never received our food. After long hours and run around of not having "documents" asked to cancel. Sure and behold as we came home and checked our statements we were charged. After weeks of both my husband and I calling we continued to get the run around as no manager on duty and nothing was done. I'm highly disgusted and even though it was $14 they seem to make a habit of this and going to take action against them for fraudulant charges. My husband finally filed a police report today, and we also had our bank investigate and do a reclaim on our monies. Hopefully, more people will know to file a police complaint and if used a bank card or credit card have them retract and do an investigation to get your monies back.

Worst excuse for a 'restaurant' in San Antonio – On Wed., Oct. 24, around 6 p.m., after finding an ad for this business under my condo door, I ordered the small Family Dinner; Lasagna & Pizza. I asked for and paid additional money for double pepperoni. Deleivery was promised in 30 minutes. When the order was delivered to me at Wyndham Cascada, two hours later, the pizza it was cold and did not have the extra pepperoni. I called (around 8:15) and was told they would re-deliver the correct pizzia, and if would arrive in one hour. At 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 p.m., and 12:30 a.m. I called; I was told the driver had already left with the pizza and should arrive any moment, that the driver had quit mid-delivery and I would be sent another pizza, that they would start from scratch and I would have the pizza in an hour. Finally, at 1 a.m. I called and told them I would be reporting their lack of service and untruths to the Consierge at the Wyndham, which I did. I believe Piezano's Pizzeria had no plan whatsoever of sending me the pizza I had ordered and paid for, and that they just kept making promising statements until I stopped calling. I believe this, because at no time during the ensuing morning hours, until I left at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday was I called by the front dest that a pizza had been delivered to me.

I believe the Wyndham should not have given this business access to the hallways in the building in order to leave their advertising under our doors and that they should put this business on a 'blacklist' for their members.

I hope, if you do business with this company, that you have better luck than I did, and get, at least, what you pay for. Check your order before you pay for it, and refuse it if it is not right.

Worst everything : customer service, delivery time, food, etc... – I too, have about the same story as everyone else. I should have done my homework before ordering from Piezano's Pizzeria. Anyway, like everyone else, I received the dreadful flier under my door while briefly staying at Lackland AFB. It was 2100 and I was feeling like pizza. Since everything else was closed I chose Piezano's. I ordered a large pizza with pineapples, canadian bacon and onions. The man on the phone replied that my order would be $13 and would arrive in 30 mins. After 1 1/2 hrs, I called back and was told that my order was on its way and was set to arrive shortly. It did arrive, an hour later, totaling 2 1/2 hrs after placing my order. The delivery man said that it was $16. I wasn't in the mood to argue so I payed him and sent him on his way. When I opened the box, a rush of emotion sored over my body, none of which was good. I found, a completely cold pizza, with very little cheese and toppings. Being disgusted, I decided to count the amount of pineapples on the pizza. There were 16 chunks total. That is an average of 2 pineapple chunks per slice, and for a "large" pizza, that's terrible. The canadian bacon was also scarce. I was so upset, I called the "restaurant" back and complained and got the same response as everyone else, "Sorry, nothing we can do..." and "we don't give refunds." Usually, I look forward to saving half of the pizza and eating it for breakfast the next day, but not this time.... I barely had the stomach to eat a couple slices that night. There was no way I would save it for the next morning!::::::: My opinion to all of you thinking about ordering from this so called pizza joint, "JUST DON'T, you WILL be UPSET, like all the rest of us." I really wish there was something I could do to help shut these people down, but I am only in town for a few more days. IN CONCLUSION: this place is so bad, I am adament on using every character I have in this opinion column remaining to tell you how terrible it is:DON'T ORDER FROM HERE- POOGENS OUT

Relieved – I found the flier under my door at the La Quinta airport. I called 3 times and they never answered the phone, even after letting it ring for 5 minutes. On a whim I looked them up here online. Boy am I relieved that I didn't place an order with them.

If you know anyone going to San Antonio, tell them about what I wrote. They will thank you. – My first review ever. I don't think I will EVER eat at another restaurant anywhere in the WORLD before looking them up first. Like everyone else, I had the flyer in the door of my hotel room. It was midnight, we were hungry. (Taco Bell was 100 feet from our hotel room door). I called and ordered. The man who answered the phone (didn't catch his name, but I WILL FIND HIM) took our order. 2 gyros, extra veggies on one (the menu states lettuce, tomato, onion), no veggies on the other. Extra sauce. $22.00. At 1am, closing time for them, I called back. The same guy told me it was on it's way. At 1:30am, a driver called and said he was just leaving the restaurant, and wanted to confirm which hotel. He quoted 30 minutes. But he seemed nice enough, and was there when HE told me he would be. After he got our $22 + $3 tip (it wasn't his fault it was late), he left. I went inside and opened the bag. It contained: 1 Mountain Dew, warm ;1 Pepsi, warm; 2 bags of fritos; 1 gyro in pita bread (sauteed onions. No sauce. 2 small slices of meat. 2 bites already taken out of pita bread, wrapped inside in an attempt to hide it); 1 tortilla containing 1 small slice of meat, raw onions. No sauce; I called back and asked them to fix it. The same guy, who sounded about 40, said "it's over tonight, man" and hung up on me. My girlfriend called back. He told her the same thing, then hung up on her too. She tried to eat it anyways, and interestingly enough it made her nauseous and she wound up having to purge it. During the lunch rush tomorrow, if they have such a thing, we are going to pay them a little visit and ask them very politely to refund our money. If they refuse, I will return with the health inspector and the sheriff. I have already looked up the number for the health inspector. Want it? 210-207-8853. Believe it or not, I actually did get a refund. I had to wait there for 2 hours for it. I had to call the police and the health dept, but they DID finally cave and give me me $22 back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. FOREIGN OBJECTS IN FOOD! HANG UP, AND NO REFUNDS! – Experienced all the WRETCHED service as the prior customers, but this is EVEN WORSE and tops them all BY FAR!! We Found the flier under our door like everyone else, and being from out of town we decided to try it out. MOST DISGUSTING MISTAKE EVER! First they Delivered cold, cardboard like pizza, and "left" half of our order at the restaurant. We had what we thought to be our cheesy bread that we ordered, but it turned out to be a hoagie like sandwich roll with uncooked meat and a blob of cheese inside.AFTER PAYING THEM, the delivery man said he would go back and get the rest of our order,which of course he never returned. Furthermore, we had to substitute a chef salad for our chicken wings because they were out. Maybe that was because they had eaten all of them and decided to DISCARD THE BONES IN OUR PIZZA!! That's right, there were Chicken wing bones in our pizza, and as if that wasn't vile enough, we had to think that someone had already eaten the meat off the bone before placing it into our pizza! And my Step father bit into it! On further inspection, we found sausage wrappers on all the pieces of sausage,it looked like they just cut it up in the wrapper and cooked it into the cheese,intact. When we called to get our money back, the man put us on hold for about 10 minutes, and then came back, we asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no manager on duty, even though earlier I had spoken with him. So we asked if we could have our money back, and the man told us that they don't give refunds, but they would send out our order again. Sick to my stomach and aggravated, we said we would have someone visit them to shut them down!!!! to which the man replied"FINE" and hung up the phone!

If there are so many complaints about this restaurant, How can the department of health allow them to remain open?? I intend to seek legal action, and I suggest others should as well!!

If there was an option of negative stars, this one would be off the scale!

beware! – We received a flyer under our hotel door for this place. We decided to give a local place a try, rather than the typical dominos pizza hut pizza. What a mistake!!!! They told us it would be delivered in an hour. An hour and 15 minutes later we called because we still did not have our pizza. They claimed the driver had just left and would be at our hotel soon. We waited and waited, still no pizza. We called again and they said the driver had other stops to make and was downtown (which was only 4 miles from our hotel). We were assured the pizza was on its way. We waited again, no pizza. We called to cancel our order and received the worst customer service I have ever been witness to. They told us they couldn't help us right now, and hung up. Then I called back and was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. Finally I got a decent employee who assured me that our credit card would not be charged and that the delivery person had come and knocked on the door and it was the wrong room. I asked him to verify the room number, and it was infact our room number. I assured him that the delivery driver never attempted to make the delivery and that we did not want the food. Who wants 3 hour old pizza!! What a hassle.

Worst customer service, turtle delivery, worst all around – By far the worst place you can order from ANYWHERE. I ordered a 14" calzone and medium BBQ wings at 5:24 pm. The guy taking my order said it wouldnt be here for an hour. 7:30 comes around it finally gets here. They got my order wrong. They got me a pizza and the small portion of wings instead. The delivery guy called the order taker up and the order dude said that it was a calzone and etc. So they told me the next delivery guy would bring it up here. I called at 8 trying to see where my damn calzone and BBQ wings were at the guy said hes on his way. 9 pm comes around and i call them asking where its at, the guy taking the order said hes going to call him up and see where hes at and he would give me a call back. 15 mins pass by and so I call them back up, the guy said he cant get ahold of the delivery guy and he keeps getting his voice mail. 9 30 comes around i called them up to cancel my order and give me my money back, and the guy hangs up on me. I call them back yet again asking if they were going to give me my money back, and he said yes and then hung up again. The next morning i check my bank and the $24.00 purchase was still there no refund nothing. These people scam you for your money, dont trust them

Avoid ordering from Piezanos – We ordered a pizza from Piezanos while staying at the Radisson Hill Country in San Antonio. They did not deliver our pizza because they claimed they had no boxes or pepperoni. The man told me he would not charge my credit card. I found a 24.00 charge on my credit card a few days later. Be careful!!! I think this business is a scam.
