Great atmosphere and service... I got mani/pedi and the whole experience was nice
Don't Do It – I bought my wife a gift card there. She got bad service. They complained about her wanting a more time consuming treatment. They made her bleed from her toe, then they told her that her $40 gift card was not valid. When I called and asked what happened the guy said that the cash I gave them was not entered into the system correctly. He said he had the same problem with another customer today. In the end they accepted the $40 card but seemed like they didn't believe that it hadn't already been used. My wife walked in in good spirits and walked out mad as hell. What a gift. Whether you are getting a gift card or just want to get your nails done today...don't do it here.
Buyer Beware – What a disappointment.....I have been using Ann's in stone oak for over 8 years and yesterday my daughter's iphone was stolen while she was getting her nails done. Nail techs were rude and defensive and we will never be back again! If you choose this salon, leave your valuables in your car. Better yet, choose somewhere else.
where are the GREAT nail techs?? – What happened? This nail salon once attracted the best talent and now, well let's just below average at best. The salon used to be filled with lovely ladies spending their day being pampered and sipping wine. That isn't the case at all. I had my last bad experience at Ann's and will not return. I gave the tech specific instructions on how my nails needed to be done, my requests were ignored and he went with his own bad decision. At least nails grow out. I might not be happy today, but I will be with another salon in a couple of weeks.
Really nice pedicure! – My husband and I went to get pedicures on a Saturday afternoon. We did not have an appointment but they took us anyway and they gave us great service. They took us in a private spa room where they had two pedicure chairs and a t.v. They brought us some win and started working on our feet. It was very relaxing. The price was reasonable and the pedicures were really nice. I love the way my french pedicure came out. My feet looked great and the nail polish lasted with no chips for almost a month. I would definately recommend this place.
Positive experience – The salon is warm and inviting...most of the staff is friendly with a couple of exceptions...I've had great spa pedicures. The tools are sterilized between clients and I felt good about the overall cleanliness of the salon. Prices are reasonable and their menu of services is extensive...appointments are easy to get...it is best to go on weekdays and not weekends.
