Best Movers I've Ever Used – One of my best friends found this company and suggested I talk to them. Turned out to be the best advice I've gotten.

We were moving from San Antonio to just north of Dallas. Phil came in and assessed my needs. We discussed having the guys help me pack as I was making this move alone without my husband to help me. We also discussed taking apart my enormous bed with built in bookshelves and delivering it to my father in laws house. I was given a firm quote that was by the job not by the hour as some of the other moving companies were. It was very reasonable for the amount of time I was going to need.

When the guys arrived they got right to work and packed up everything very quickly. David, Rudy, Daniel and the other guys really looked as though they enjoyed their jobs which made me feel right at ease with them. Although the enormous bed was a bit of a challenge they were able to get it taken apart and loaded. They were there from 10am till about 6:30pm and filled a truck and a half. These movers worked hard and efficiently. I have now unpacked almost everything from the move and the only thing that was broken were some figurines that I had packed myself. Nothing else was broken.

When they arrived the next day and delivered my things it was done quickly and everything was placed in the rooms so that I could unpack easily. Then they drove back to SA and delivered the bed to my father in law. My mother in law said they were fast and friendly...she was very impressed as well. I've seen the other reviews and I have to say I don't believe that they had the same movers we did. If and when I move again these guys will be the first I call. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you for being able to move me so quickly and making me feel so comfortable.

Watch For Up Charges – Just as the other reviews state, they are quick to throw extra charges at you.

There were four guys, three of which were the actual movers. The movers themselves were great but watch out for Phil, the owner and his brother! When they booked our move, against my will, my wife gave them our credit card information. They immediately put a cancellation fee in the amount of $250 plus $7.50 in taxes on our credit card. I later found out that it is against the law for movers to charge for cancellation fees. It later counted towards the final bill but never should have been applied.

As soon as they pulled up, they started talking about additional charges and they hadn't even seen anything yet. Even though we disclosed bulk items to the owner they still wanted to charge more than quoted. I was going to make them leave and get someone else when they finally agreed to no additional charges.

On several occasions, the foreman, while loading / unloading items from the truck, asked if there were particular things we didn't want that he could have. He said he could 'take it off our hands for us'. We were furious that he would make such requests.

When everything was done and complete, the foreman again approached me for additional fees for moving a bulk item. He had to keep stating that he really was a nice guy and how he had acted was not his normal nature. Very strange. His crew then waited around for 45 minutes after they were done complaining that they might not get paid.

What was suppose to be a joyous day of moving to our new home turned out to be an extremely aggravating time. We've hired several other movers in our past and none tried to cheat, up-charge or try to talk us out of our stuff like this.

Stay away! One of their trucks had a for sale sign on it which leads me to believe they are going out of business anyways.

Regardless of what the company responds with, we brought our grievances to them especially on the day of the move. We felt threatened so we gave in to the additional cost until they left. We are submitting claims to the Better Business Bureau, Texas Attorney General and Texas Department of Motor Vehicles for compensation.

When I originally spoke with the customers wife, I explained to her that I can't hold a spot without a deposit. She said she would speak to her husband and get back to me. I explained to her that deposits are non-refundable since I turn down business for their time slot, additionally, it acts like a credit toward their move. She later calls me back at which time she gave me a credit card for her deposit. The deposit collected was NOT A CANCELLATION FEE. Additionally, the wife told me that they have a large play station that was going to be broken down for us BUT WAS NOT. IT WAS VERY HEAVY AND HAD TO BE CARRIED OVER THE FENCE resulting in the extra charge. She apparently did not communicate that to her husband and he was upset when my brother David spoke of the extra charge upon arrival. As for the other allegation, we pick up items customers don't want and will give them to local charities, so inferences that we wanted to take his stuff "off his hands" are taken out of context.

Hardship made easy by All American Moving – After living in the same home for over 44 years, the time came to move close to my family in Pennsylvania.

To leave San Antonio was difficult to think about but, after several phone calls to movers, I selected All American Moving. I was impressed with the professional and very considerate man that gave the quote and felt my antiques and other belongings would be in good hands.

From Texas to Pennsylvania is a long way and I could not have been more pleased with the move from beginning to end it was a success. I do not often take the time to write a note of appreciation to a company but, this experience renewed my confidence that you can still get good quality service.

The group of hardworking movers and staff of this moving company gave me another great memory of Texas and the people that live and work there.

Horrible - Cheats – They come late - no apologies - very arrogant.

They have LOT of hidden costs.Do not assume the hourly rate is the final price - they cheat you with lot of hidden costs.

The main guy - is really a cheat. I hope that the guys who actually worked that he got would get paid, as I think they are not a legitimate company.

I strongly recommend not to use this peole for any kind of move.

We aplogize for any problems that may have occurred and would very much like to remedy any wrong done, however, we have not received any calls or written complaints to the above complaint. We know that many of our customers are feeling the effects of the ecomony and try to be as forthcoming when giving estimates, however, many times customers want only rough estimates over the phone. In this situation moving companies will usually offer an hourly rate. When we get there sometimes the customer will have large or eversized items that were not disclosed on the phone conversation. When we encounter this situation, often times we are already on the job site. We explain that there is a premium for moving these large or oversized items before hand, both during the walk through and in writing on the actual moving services contract that you sign before before we start working. These premium or specialty charges are incurred because of the increased liability involved with moving such items.

Very bad service. – They come off being a Godly people until you question the bill. First of all they got lost and they took a 45 minutes to find my house. I asked if they new where they were going and they said yes. I told them they could follow me and they said they were o.k. They wanted to charge me for the extra 45 minutes. They said the map was wrong and it wasn't their fault. They are in the business of moving, shouldn't this be part of their job. Then they milked they job by taking apart funiture that was small enough to take out in one piece. I had various scratches on my furniture and some small parts were missing. When my wife questioned the mover, he said just go to Home Depot and buy those parts. No apoligies given. At the end of the move, my wife had questions the bill not knowing I had already talked to the office. The movers became rude and panicked as if we were not going to pay the bill. All the furniture was already off the truck and the lead mover instructed one of the other employees not to remove the last couch. They were actually going to hold it for ransom. You believe that. They were paid in full but treated my wife as if she were trying to rip them off when all she did was question the bill. The lead mover was rude to my wife and tried to intimidate her by threatening to hold the last piece of furniture. He then got mad at the other mover for taking it off the truck before the bill was paid. They already had my credit card. I told them I had no problem paying the bill but the rudeness of the movers towards my wife was unacceptable. He offered no apologies, but he did offer me 20% off my next move and a bunch of excuses for the movers behavior. He gave me one story and told my wife another when we spoke to the office. I didn't want anything but an apology for the rudeness and lies.

We would like to begin by offering an apology for offending our customer. However, there were no claims for any damages from this customer. Not even a phone call. Only this negative review. We dissassemble only when needed. We never loose parts as they are attached to their respective units. His furniture had already been missing screws. Various scratches on the furniture because all the furniture had the same normal wear and tear. The furniture was not new but rather older. This customer had questions about the bill because he was looking for a way out of paying it trying to attribute it to bad customer service. We did not have a credit card at any point because they were paying cash. It is company policy to collect upon arrival prior to unloading. This fact is on the customers contract as well. Had he read it, he would of known we were following company policy.

The movers were a godsend. – Hello, I contracted three men through your website two weeks ago, to help a Load a truck in San Antonio, Texas, this morning. David M., Eddie M. and Rudy arrived promptly this morning to help load the heavy furniture.



I just wanted to say what a godsend these gentlemen were! They were very professional, courteous and efficient. You could tell they love and take great pride in their work. Please let these gentlemen know how much we appreciate their help and great attitude! They truly made such a difference in this long distance move!!!
