AMAZING!!!. Deveina is my favorite stylist!! She is always so sweet and professional! She always does a GREAT job with my cut and color!
I LOVE THIS SALON!. This salon seems to have a lot of bad reviews recently, but they must have revamped the staff because I have always gotten great service! I called last minute the night before XMas eve and Rachel squeezed me in even though it was impossible to get in ANYWHERE else! She did an amazing job on my hair, I LOVED it! Then a couple of moths later I brought her a picture of a pretty odd hair cut that I wanted. I was pretty nervous doing something that different, but she made it look amazing! I've never seen the staff be anything but professional, they do a great job, and I feel very comfortable going there! My hair is my vanity weakness, I couldn't have someone butcher it and I'm always terrified trying someone new- but I am SO glad I found Rachel!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!.
I recently went to ULTA for a casual style for an outdoor wedding.
My stylist was very unprofessional and talked to the other stylist and her customer the entire time. When I was done I received a formal prom looking up do.. nothing what I had asked for. On top of that the stylist says "oh well, it actually turned out better than I thought it was going to!"
What I got from management and upper management was that it was my fault and was probably just a miss communication. i was also told by the manager that "this is not some mom and pop store!" wow.
I spend a lot of money at ULTA but will NOT be setting foot in one again!!! If this is their idea of customer service I can go spend my money at Clinique or Sephora and receive the kind of customer service every person should!! do not go!! will only dissapoint! Stylists are clueless and managers are witches!!

I went to this Ulta for a cut and color which ended up being a bad experience. My stylist was rude - he scoffed at the picture I had brought in and then wouldn't suggest an alternative haircut, saying my hair was too weird. When I told him where I lived, he called it ghetto and told me I shouldn't tell people the truth about where I lived. The stylist next too me made fun of her client too the whole time. Her client actually walked out she was so offended, and then the stylist griped about her to the next client. Very unprofessional.
The cut I got was cute, although it took nearly 4 hours and was nothing like I requested. The color looked okay, but washed out after less than two weeks. What a waste of money.
In all a painful experience - I won't be going back.
Good Place to get a Haircut. On time Haircut with Emilia. WHen you want someone to take thier time and not rush you out of the chair I would highly recommend an appoitment with her. She is on time, she is very professional and make you feel like you are getting your money worth.

I just moved to the area and I recently visited The Ulta Salon for my first time.
I got "Shamarie" as my stylist. I was a little nervous at first, I really wanted a new change but I didn't know who I could trust with my hair. Shamarie started me off with a very thorough consultation that really put me at ease.
She then escorted me back to the shampoo bowl and gave me the most relaxing shampoo and scalp massage I've ever had. By the time we made it over to the station I knew I was in a professionals hands. I left the "creating" up to her, and soon after I left with an adorable new bob haircut with highlights.
The next day I went in to work, I recieved sooo many compliments.
I will definitely go back to The Ulta Salon, and I highly reccomend Shamarie!
