STAY AWAY from New Stone Concepts !!! I had a bad experience the first time and still gave them a second chance. A few years ago they installed kitchen counters, backsplash and bar with all granite. The joke installers dropped and cracked the backsplash behind my stove and instead of offering to cut a new piece we were given a small discount off of the balance. The glue they used we are STILL scraping off because they did not get it all off after several attempts. This Christmas 2012 I had them install countertops in my bathrooms. The "plumber" they sent broke all of my four faucets(the levers were so bent it the drain would not work) in addition to coming out on 3 occasions because he said he did not have the right plumbing; one sink in the master had a huge leak that I had to put a bowl under. I ended up having to pay a plumbing company to tear out and redo after purchasing 4 more faucets. $800 in faucets and a $900 bill to tear out the mess New Stone's guy had made and re-install new plumbing and the additional faucets I purchased. Instead of DJ, the owner coming out to meet the new plumbers, he send the joke out and he started trouble with the new plumbers. Without asking he proceeds to go into my master bath and opened my new faucets. I ordered him out of my house. DJ claims that the original 4 faucets ALL were faulty and therefore could not be installed. I was not compensated one penny for the $800 worth of faucets or the $900 mistake his "plumber" had made. DO NOT do business with this company !!!!!

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER – Great prices, detailed install and quality granite. It was installed this past July and I am so happy i chose New Stone Concepts to do my countertops and all my baths. BEAUTIFUL!!! I think these guys rock and back them up with my full recommendation.
Amazing Customer Service – I have never in my life received this kind of service. I have one word: AMAZING!! New Stone's attention to details and the high level of concierge services was just what i was needing. Their prices were comparable to others and just a little better. I would spend what ever it takes to get the quailty of service that i received from them.
DJ, made it a point to walk me throught all the steps of measuring, selection and installation. He was available to talk with me even after everything as completed. I have not had one problem like the other reviews have indicated. We are so pleased with the quailty of everything.
You have to use them, you will not be disappointed.
Sinks fall out – I like my granite vanity tops and I had New Stone also install the sinks. The problem is that 3 of the 4 sinks have gotten loose and or completely fallen out. Although they have come and repaired them, I have had to take additional time off of work (3) times for these repairs because each time they said that the others were fine and then later, another sink got loose. They need better installers. I have also had to have a plumber come out and recheck all of the connections which cost me extra $$ because they told me that was not their responsibility. However, I believe that the extra strain on the plumbing and the possibility of a leak in the future is not worth the risk so I paid myself to have the sinks checked. My plumber told me it was a good thing that I did! I would not recommend them.
I did not have a good experience here – I thought these guys were great. The two men who own the business came across as gracious, professional, and thankful for business. I used them for granite in the kitchen and master bathroom. The bar in our kitchen became detached. I thought our tile guy broke it. New Stone came out and fixed it. Then - when BOTH bars became detached (there were no other workers in the house to blame) I realized it was the granite.
When I called New Stone about it, he told me to go buy an L bracket from Lowes. What would have been better? For a professional to see our kitchen when they came to measure it and recommend AT THAT TIME to have a handyman build a support for it. Also - the tile person who did the backsplash in the kitchen told me (when it was too late to rectify) that the granite counter top was not level. (This may be because the cabinets are not level - but a professional would tell me about it and give me the option to fix it.)
I do not recommend them. I am still in the process of fixing what they should have done right the first time.
