It makes a trip to the mall a little less painful. Employees are uber friendly and helpful and checking out is the ultimate in efficiency. Purchase a product here and schedule a complimentary appointment at the Genius Bar for and hiccups or regular maintenance.

MAC STORE BARTON CREEK MALL – If I could give them I zero I would. Every mac product I've ever bought eventually breaks. I just had my third hardrive replaced on my three year old laptop. I got the computer home and I'm not joking found out that the battery is now shot. The computer will not stay on without the power source plugged in. Now I'm supposed to buy a new battery for it? If I bought a PC everytime something went wrong with my mac laptop (just the laptop!) I would have 4 PC laptops for the same price. Not to mention the money you spend to buy it in the mac laptop in the first place. I have 3 ipods and all of them have problems. I bought the ipod touch 32gb, these things are just not meant to last.I'm glad I do not own anything else mac. I even bought protective hardware for all of my products,(which are not cheap especially for the laptop). The most disturbing part about the store though is how rude everyone who works there is. I literally went in there and had three people pretend they were going to help me say "I'll be right back" and never talk to me again. It actually has happened everytime that I go in. I can not stress how rude, unprofessional and unhelpful their employees are. Just go in there, if you have any respect for yourself you'll see that their operation is a bunch of nonsense. I think it is unfortunate that they aren't better because I wish they were, I tired, I spent the money on their stuff. I want them to be better than PC but really their not, and their overpriced. So the products are overall not built to last which I think is ironic considering mac is supposed to be better than that. Thats why you buy them right? I drop the computer off and no one even called me for more than two days I had to call them. I don't feel like even typing anymore. I just hope that they fire everyone who works there and start over. Everyone that works there is a jerk and anyone that works in the front doesn't know what they are talking about and they can not even perform their job which is to answer the phone, greet and help customers. Lets all go to the macstore! Yeah right!!!!!

I'm a HUGE mac fan BUT... – Obviously mac products are well thought out and designed with function and form in mind whilst maintaining performance. I love mac products and own pretty much every item they make, sometimes more than one. However, the service at their Domain store is HORRIBLE. I just bought a 17" macbook pro and it was scratched up with black stuff smeared all over it. The little short hispanic manager at the domain store told me "they're shipped all the way from china" I don't CARE!!! What isn't shipped from China these days. But I expect that if I pay close to $3,000.00 for a computer it not be scratched and smeared with black residue before I even lay a hand on it. After being condescending he decides to give me another unit. Well I thought it would be good to power it up right then and guess what it had a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen. I don't know how many of your are graphic designers but a dead pixel glaring red in the middle of the screen is slightly distracting. He proceeds to tell me "I'm not about to go through my entire stock." What the f**K! Are you for serious?! RUDE and pathetic customer service. I ended up going to the barton creek store and they were awesome in taking care of me. I didn't want special treatment, I didn't want any kissing up. I just wanted the high end product that I paid high end pricing for to be delivered as such. I don't think that's too much to ask for.

Amazing products! – I can't tell you how long I've been a PC fan. In fact I remember back when I used to have heated debates with people who would want to buy an Apple computer. I remember how avid I was against their product and how much I was in support of PC. Well little did I know that support was in poor knowledge. I'm not sure as to how I came upon my first Mac but I'm glad to say that I did - it's an amazing product and so refreshing. I highly recommend their product line.
