DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!. I used Lorenzo Banks once to check out a microwave. Good service and no complaints! However, when my heat/ac went out on January 7 during the coldest days of winter, I had a totally different experience. He came immediately and stated that the motherboard needed to be replaced. He would need $250.00 to order the part. He could not get my heat to function in the meantime. The part was to arrive at the end of the week. The part has never come nor has my $ been returned. It is now 2/11. When I call, he hangs up on me. To top it all off, a reputable company has fixed the heat temporarily until the part can be obtained. At least I have heat; but I am still out $250. This is a crime. No star rating. Should not be in business......
TERRIBLE!!. My AC broke in August and I was assigned Shocker Appliance by the warranty company. Lorenzo called back quickly to schedule an appointment, and then it was impossible to reach him again. He only answered when the warranty company called. Do not expect him to follow through on anticipated completion dates either. He had to order a part, and spent the next 10 weeks telling me it would arrive on Wednesday. My AC was finally "fixed "in October!! This was partially due to a horrible home warranty company (never purchase a warranty from First American Home Buyers Protection). Putting even one star on this review is misleading, but apparently that?s the lowest one can go. The service with Shocker was so great, my AC is broken again and it is only April!!
Shocker Appliance is the WORST!.
Scheduled an appointment, left work to meet them and no one arrived, no one called and no one answered for several calls to check on the repairman. They aren't answering calls, calling me or being a company I would recommend to anyone.
It is a shocker that they are in business.
