I have been doing car audio for 16+ years.

I can do anything from the hard hitters to our beloved grandparent’s road trips. Get the car next to you say, "That has to be against the law to be that loud." or have the kids stop asking, "Are we there yet."
Awesome. Great employees...So far i got my car tinted, alarm system and a car system put in my car. No problems what so ever. They really care about the customer, they're not looking to make a quick buck. I would highly recommend anyone to stop by. They know what there doing
Fabulous place to get after market automotive products.. I had the best experience with these guys. I took my car in for a window tint, but did not have anyone to pick me up. I was in a state of panic and thought I would have to reschedule my tint job, but the manager offered to drop me off. Within two hours they were calling for me to pick it up. Perfect timing since it was my lunch hour. This is the third vehicle I have taken to them, and every time they lay out the red carpet for me. I won't go anywhere else.
Horrible Customer Service. Don't go there. Jeff McDuff, (not sure about the last name, I think that's right) the manager, is obnoxious and rude. Everything was fine until I had to tell him that my car was making a weird popping noise RIGHT AFTER the CD player was installed. Although I never lost my cool or accused him of anything, he became very defensive all of a sudden and told me that their work had nothing to do with the noise. Without sounding confrontational or anything, I simply repeated to him that the noise did not start until I turned my car on to leave his shop--this was 5 minutes after the work was done. I just simply wanted him to look into the matter, you know, a little troubleshooting. He told me he could not do anything about it and said "Go talk to two or three mechanics and then maybe it will sink in, because you keep saying it like it's our fault." Of course I gave him a piece of my mind, but still very professionally. He says he is the owner of the shop--he obviously is not concerned about retaining customers. If you decide to go there anyway, just be aware that if anything goes wrong, you're on your own. This place is definitely not concerned with quality and I'm sure it won't last too much longer. They don't even give cash refunds!
