I was so happy when I first took my daughters here, the staff was nice and the RN we saw was awesome. Then it all changed as soon as I had one issue. The prescription for my daughter's ear infection was not in stock at the pharmacy. I got to the pharmacy after work and the doctor office was closed. I waited till first thing in the morning I called at 9 and let them know about the prescription, and the fact that now both of my daughters ears hurt and she up half the night in pain and tears and that I had been giving her Tylenol and ibuprofen. The girl at the desk told me that the RN was seeing patients and when she gets time she will change it and give me a call. I called back an hour later my daughter is still in pain please let her know can she also get something for her pain....She is still seeing patients, Called back the next hour asked her to please ask the RN my daughters ears are killing her I told her I cannot afford to go to the ER for a ear infection. This time I choke up and ask her to have a heart and help my child. She re explains how the RN is with patients not very nicely I might add NOW its 3 hours since I called the first time.I JUST WANT ANTIBIOTICS FOR THE INFECTION IN MY DAUGHTERS EAR I UNDERSTAND BUSY. Are they not all in the same building....can they just not grab her inbetween and her change it??? It to 3 seconds to send it to my pharmacy when I was in her office! Im so disappointed NO ONE has a heart anymore and MOSTLY NOT THIS OFFICE! Im posting this everywere

Worst in customer service ever – I don't know why I put up with it for so long. They are the worst ever in customer service and follow through. They never call back, or if they do and you miss them, it takes days to get them to call back again. We have to hound them to fax prescriptions to our pharmacy. I finally said something to Dr. Merzenich about the poor service from the office (who I like just fine for a physician) and she pretty much blew me off. I finally switched to a new practice, and so far I am very satisfied.

If you want to be treated like they are doing you a favor, and basically get poor service, go to new milleniuim.
