Horrible Store Service and Customer Service – The Eden Prairie Best Buy is horrible.
In Sep Best Buy Eden Prairie told me to contact their customer service number for TV service for 46" Samsung. The TV would turn itself off after a few minutes and was under warranty.
I called in Oct and BBY told me to take the morning off and they would come out to my house on monday in early Nov to fix the TV. The guy never showed up but he did call me. So I took 4 hours off work and the guy didn't show up.
When he called he asked me about my tv and told me that he would order a part and it would be here in 3 days. They next day he called me back three times asking me if I would get behind my tv and get the part number for the part for him (he was supposed to be there the day before doing this).
They told me that they would ship the part directly to my house and that I should take off the back cover and try to install it myself. I am partially blind and told them this they said "try and install it and if you can't get it in then call us". Installation and ALL labor ARE covered under the Warranty..
I waited 5 days and called them, they said that they didn't know anything about my problem or who I was and that they would call me back- they never did. I called them back the next day and they said that they would call me back- they never did.
I called them 7 times before they could tell me about my tv. They said that I would have to wait until the end of November . They refused to call me back with an update until then.
On November 30th I called Manager Jessica, explained my problem to her. She said she would take care of all issues. Two hours later she called and said that my problem was taken care of and they would contact me by December 3rd.
Yesterday 12-11 I called Manager Jess and she never called back. Today I called Jess again she was busy. I tried to contact General Mgr Matt Lokay and discuss this but he was also busy.
I am angry and they won't call me back and fix my TV !
