Rude Waitress – I completely agree with the other reviews on this adequate sushi joint. Every winter or summer break my friends and I meet up to chat and split several rolls.

Our latest experience was pretty unfortunate. The waitress was rude, never refilled our water glasses, and was eating on the job. When the check came we showed her our coupon for $10 off and would not accept it. Even upon asking her the reasoning for doing so (it had not expired) she would not take it off the bill. T

The sushi is usually good and we enjoy going to this restaurant, but because of the awful service we may have to find another hangout spot.

Good Food HORRIBLE service – Carry out! That's the key to enjoying the food at this place. The sushi is great but the service is horrible. The waitresses are rude, ill-mannered and just uncooperative.

Adequate fish, lousy customer service – We tried Yuki Sushi because I purchased a coupon from restaurant dot com. Since I do this fairly often to try new places, I always read the entire coupon, including the very fine print, before ordering.

We arrived a little after lunch time and there was only one other table filled. this was at 1:00. We ordered three of the lunch specials and the tuna tsunami appetizer. At this point, the waitress was delightful.

Took a while for our food to come, but thats ok because it's obviously prepared to order. Loved the appetizer! Our rolls came after that. They were ok. Admitedly, I prefer nigiri, but they rolls were adequate. Nothing to write home about but not horrible. Would I order them again? No. I've had better.

Our check came and I gave the waitress the coupon. She said its not accepted on specials. I asked her to show me where it says that. It doesn't. I ended up speaking w/everyone there. They tried many ways not to accept the bill and embarassed me in front of my family. Finally, the waitress slammed the bill down and said "here!" They took the amount off.

My issue is that they entered into a contract and chose to ignore it. They were rude to us and the food was just ok. I won't go back. They obviously need the business, thats why they entered into that agreement. It's a basic stripmall sushi joint. You can do better!!

The Best Sushi Place that I have been! – Been to many places in Maryland and by far Yuki Sushi is one the best sushi places that I have ever been. I would recommend this place to anyone. Their Volcane Roll is by far the best one I have ever tried and has many specialty rolls, which I never seen this many roll at other places. Now since they are serving alcohol it even made it better place to enjoy with your sushi. Must try the place out to believe.

Some of the best sushi you'll find in Baltimore! – Being one of the few restaurants in the Owings Mills area that serves good food (and consistently, at that), I go there once or twice a week usually. I've found the fish and sushi rice are always fresh (something the owner and head chef take great pride in), and the rolls are creative and delicious. If you want something different and fun, try either the Volcano, Naruto, or Tuna Mango rolls. If you have a non-sushi eater dining with you, they have less non-sushi options than larger restaurants (teriyaki type stuff for the most part), but they have reorganized their menu to indicate which rolls contain raw fish and/or veggie-only. A vegetarian co-worker of mine swears by their veggie fried rice.

Great lunch specials. They now have more wait staff during the peak hours, and as of June 2008 have a liquor license pending approval.

As for the review in all caps (?), I really can't say I've had any negative experiences in the 50+ times I've eaten at this restaurant in the past year and a half -- and I'm notoriously picky about sushi after eating at some really great places in San Francisco, L.A. and NYC.
