Best Day Spa Around!!!!! What a bang for your buck. Booked the 2-1/2 hour spring special they were running and I couldn't be happier. Great atmosphere, great staff! A+ experience, I will be back.

Was in today for a massage and facial. OMG!!!! Best massage ever and awesome facial. I have found a new home at @ Ease. The staff and the therapists were the best. From the minute I walked throuh the doors to the peaceful waiting room at the fireplace to the sauna and shower. I felt welcomed and catered to. Nice Job At Ease!!!

Some Pros, but HUGE Cons! My husband and I booked package for an hour facial and an hour and a half for $320 to celebrate our first anniversary. The facials were EXCELLENT, very efficient, and very relaxing. However, the massage was a different story. We did a couple's massage and it started out very nicely, but then about 40 mins. into the massage during the foot reflexology I felt my masseuse only using one hand and stopping every other second. Since I had an eye pillow over my eyes I asked my husband (in spanish which is our first language) to look and see why she was only using one hand. My husband said that she was rubbing my foot with one hand and TEXTING with the other. He was so put off that he told me he wanted to leave. I figured, by her name, that my masseuse could understand spanish and might overhear our conversation prompting her to stop texting. She didn't. Within the next 5 mins. she never put her phone away and continued texting. Seeing that level of unprofessionalism, my husband asked both ladies to leave the room and said that we were absolutely done with our massages. There was NO manager working to complain to so we had to complain to a receptionist, who then needed to call the manager. We were told that the reason she was checking her phone was because her child was home sick...I have children myself and I have worked in salons for 10 years and I would have NEVER texted while tending to a client. There is no reason she couldn't have excused herself for having an emergency, I would've appreciate that much more than getting a half-assed foot massage. The only resolution they came up with was reimbursing us $10 each to cover the reflexology part. They did offer for me to come back to get reflexology done, but we live 90+ mins. away and there's no way I would drive that far for a 30 min. reflexology session. The next day I called the manager who refused to believe that the masseuse was texting even though I reassured her that my husband saw her. She argued that they have never had that complaint against her, but I don't know how that was supposed to make MY experience any better. My husband was so angry and I was so disenchanted with the level of unprofessionalism and the excuses that were made. Again, I have had my children home sick while at work, but I NEVER gave my clients any less of a service. I will never ever go here again, and I will never advise anyone else to go, because if one of their employees acts unprofessionally you will NOT be accommodated.

Horrible Management - I was excited to receive a gift card to @ Ease since I've been there several times before and have always had a good experience. I called and asked what was on the card and was told it was for a package of massage and reflexology treatment. I asked if I could convert the $ to other services and was told no, since it was purchased as a package. After a fantastic treatment, I went to leave a tip and was told that my gift card only covered half of the service! They demanded a $50 balance. I eventually left $30, and told them that if they didn't leave it as a tip that it was their issue, not mine. But the manager was so rude and told me it was my fault for not knowing what was on the card! It is a shame that a place would not honor their own mistake and instead would short their own therapist from her tip.

Disappointed – I took my daughter and sisters to @ease spa for facial/massages, celebrating my daughters 16th birthday. My husband bought me a gift certificate for Valentines Day and it took me 1yr to finally use it so I was extremely happy my fav ladies could join me when I finally decided to go. We arrived early and had plenty of time to change into our robes, our appontments were scheduled for 4:30pm. It was my daughter's first time getting a facial and she truly enjoyed it. My sisters enjoyed their massages as well and felt so relaxed once they were done. I on the other hand can't say the same....I was left in the waiting area for over 30 minutes. Not once was I approached from any staff member. They forgot about me! My daughter/sisters were already done w/their sessions and that's when I approached the front desk to ask if they had forgotten about me and she tells me the therapist that was going to take care of my massage was in a car accident and therefore the male therapist was going to take care of me. Um...no he's NOT. I specifically requested for a female therapist and shouldn't you ask your customer if it's OK for a male to take care of you instead of assuming it would be ok? Customer should be given the option and nothing was ever discussed with me. 1 female therapist felt bad and offered to take care of me but it was already too late. I wasn't going to have the ladies sit around to wait for me and we had other plans. I was so upset, got dressed and proceeded to pay for the ladies services. I was given a $10.00 discount and $10.00 off coupons for future visits. I will not be going back. I'm giving at ease 3 stars on behalf of the ladies experiences. They lack in customer service

A great place for a guy to relax – I went to @Ease Spa because my muscles were killing me from work. I wanted to just get a massage but I kind of wanted to check out what else they had to offer. So I purchased a package and went to town. After all is said and done I now understand why women love these places. I mean I'm relaxed and my day is going by so smooth today I also got a compliment from the girl down the hall about my skin looking nice. So I guess what I'm saying is @Ease made a spa-goer out of me.

Best spa in NJ! – ahhh the holidays....so much stress! What better way to get rid of all this stress then to go for a nice, long massage and a pampering facial! I enjoyed every minute of it. At-Ease Spa is small, but gorgeous! And it really makes you feel at ease. I highly, highly recommend it! Fantastic experience all around. And oh yaha...they also sell gifts for the holidays so they saved me a trip to the mall ;-)
