Very good and affordable Middle Eastern food – This place is a bit off the radar. It's not a luxury restaurant and they don't serve alcohol. What they do serve is authentice, consistently delicious food. They offer coupons on the net and also send out coupons in bulk mailers so keep an eye out if you live in the area. Each time my husband and I have went the food has been delicious. The hummus is unbelievable, the chicken kabobs crave-worthy. I've found a lot of kabobs to be dry and lacking the correct seasoning. Not at Sultan Grill. The staff is very nice and quite traditional. If you can you should try it. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Best meditrranean Ever – Sultan Grill is the best mediterranean Grill in Colorado and the owner is a very nice and friendly young man. The food is great and the portions of the meals are more than enough as always. customers ask for togo box's to take the rest of their meals home and that's enough to prove that we are serving more than enough and doing the right things.

I also see on the other comments that they have an issue about pricing in their comments, about the pricing I'm sorry that Sultna grill doesn't have a dollar menu for you.

low grade and small portions – Last time we ate at Sultan Grill it was because we had a coupon in the mail and figured we would give it another chance. It had been months since our previous visits. When it first opened it was great. Still pricey. Not after new ownership its gone down the tubes. First off, our meal was awkward as the owner/manager seemed to be having a fight with his female employee. Arguing off and on our whole meal!

The chicken Shawarma sandwich was ridiculous. cheap chicken meat with little flavor... lacking that great flavor one can always count on from middle eastern restaurant. It was in dry packaged flat bread with a little overly crunchy too close to the core pieces of ice berg lettuce on it! What?!!

The garlic dip and hummus were good. But who screws that up right? We got the meat platter and veggie platter and they cut the portions in half from our last visit! Literally in half! Much like Royal Thai next door, this place is like a bad knockoff of the other restaurants in town serving up this ethnicity of food.

To top it off, the owner applied our buy one get one free coupon towards the cheapest side dish on the menu that we ordered rather than one of the three $13 entrees we got! Then would not adjust it after we pointed out the error. Wow. If the lackluster food was not enough to keep us away, this was.

We are much happier driving to Ya Hala or one of the more authentic and tastier restaurants closer to south Denver or Colorado Blvd. Sultan is off our list of options for good.

Someone please open something good to eat in West Arvada besides Chipotle! Seriously!

Try a different place – My girlfriend's family and I tried this place on a Friday night and we ordered hot teas first. These cost about $1.65 each for lukewarm water and lipton tea bags (no refills). My girlfriend's dad ordered a lemonade that cost $4.00 for country-time drink mix and lukewarm water. (same temperature as the hot tea)

We ordered the Baba-Ghanoush for an appetizer and it was delicous, however, the entrees were dissapointing. We were served one small portion of hummus despite ordering four entrees and when I asked where the other portions of hummus were, the waitress said, "We are not going to charge you for the hummus appetizer." (???)

I said, "according to the menu we get hummus as part of the entree. Isn't the hummus already covered in the price of the entree? What do you mean not charging me if I we already ordered it? Were you going to bring out three more?"

Just then, the cook, who was not wearing any type of hairnet, hat, etc., shouted across the restaurant, "Is there a problem?" Apperently, I had misread the menu. You get one-fourth portion of hummus per one entree, and all the portions were placed on one plate. The cook also seemed to get flustered about our group and one other group of diners trespassing in her establishment.

The lamb kabobs were OK once my jaw went numb from chewing them and I could actually swallow it. The chewing was a good workout for my jaw muscles though and I should have a great, masculine jaw line from this experience.

Any Middle Eastern cuisine along Colo. Blvd is better than this place.

Truly great Mediterranean – Every time I visit, I'm more impressed with their food, and wonder why people aren't abandoning their usual table at other popular Mediterranean eats. There's just no comparison.

First, and most important on my list, is the house made hummus. It is so buttery smooth and fabulous tasting, I can't get enough and am practically begging the owner to sell this in pints. The Meat Combo plate has marinaded and freshly grilled chicken and steak kabobs plus ground lamb patties resting on a bed of flavorful basmati rice.

Prices are reasonable and portions are generous, and I have never had underflavored or badly cooked food here. Whatever you do, don't neglect to try their house made baklava.
