Took my car in for service They broke my emblem on my engine cover.. said nothing.... till I found it the next day ..

I always double check my car after someone works on it..

Watch out for Bait & Switch! They advertised a used car on their website for $6000. We went in to test drive it and said we were interested in purchasing it. The sales guy said they had accidentally priced it at $6K and it really should have been priced at $8k. However, he said they would go ahead and honor the website price because it was their mistake. We were happy with that and thought it was the honorable & right thing for them to do.

Then as we're sitting the sales guy's office waiting to get started on the paperwork, his manager, Chad, comes in and says that he refuses to sell us the car at the $6k website price because it was a mistake! He was so aggressive and rude to us about it and did not care that we had already been promised that price by his sales guy! We have never been treated so rudely in our lives and were completely flabbergasted by his attitude towards us.

So after seeing that we weren't going to get anywhere with Chad, we asked to speak to his manager, Peter. We explained the whole situation to him. He listened politely & at the end of our story he agreed that honoring the $6k price was the right thing for them to do. Great, finally someone who cares about treating the customer right!

So we paid for the car and they told us they would call us the next day after they did a mandatory inspection that they would do as soon as they opened for business the next morning. Did they call us? No! Did they do an inspection first thing the next morning? No! We drove over & watched it sit in the lot completely ignored until mid afternoon. For hours the dealership gave us every stall tactic & runaround they could think of trying to scare us into backing out of the deal. They kept talking about how they had to inspect the car, and how they might find some major issues with it and of course they wouldn't want to sell us a car that wasn't safe to drive.

At this point we could tell that they were doing everything they could to stall and kill the deal so they could sell it to someone else for a higher price. So my husband went in and said he wasn't leaving until he had the car in his possession and that we were going to watch them do the inspection. At this point, all trust was gone in our eyes and we didn't put it past them to sabotage the car in some way.

Finally after 18 hours, we drove off with the car. They didn't even wash it or fill up the gas tank for us. Real classy, Mike Ward, real classy.

By the way, that car we bought was for our teenager. I am ready to buy an Infiniti for myself in the next few weeks & you can bet I won't be going back to this dealership. EVER! They are super shady. Go elsewhere!

don't buy used cars there – I want everyone to know NOT to buy a used car here. I was looking at buying a used car they had for trade in, it drove okay and had a decent price, BUT the locks were not working and BOB had the nerve to say I would have to pay to get that working, even though his tech team knew about it before he started selling it, he was clueless about it and could not even get the trunk open!!!!. HELLO, that should DECREASE the sale price of the car, NOT increase it! Despite this very basic required part of the car not working, he further had the nerve to insist we not look at any other car anywhere else and we should do a deal immediately. Dude, get a fricking clue. It is YOUR JOB to sell, it is NOT the consumer's job to buy from you. Oh and further he had a TOTALLY tacky haircut and a retardiculous argyle tie from the 70's, made him look like a total dork on top of the clueless act.

A Great Experience – I just bought my QX56 from Mike Ward Infiniti. I was referred to them by a co worker and am extremely glad that I was connected with them. I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for the last 10 years and haven't really considered the Infiniti but after driving this car, it is considerably better than the R350 that I turned in. I love it! The experience at the dealer made it that much better. Great job guys!

Worst dealership in Colorado – I have been a luxury car owner for over 20 years now and have really fallen in love with the Infiniti brand these last few years. I am currently on my 6th Infiniti vehicle. If Mike Ward was the only dealership in town I would not own another Infiniti. The sales department since Mike Ward took over is deceitful and dishonest and the service department is a joke. I have all of my vehicles serviced across town at Infiniti of Denver and they will continue to get all of my future business. Do not trust Mike Ward and his henchmen, a slick suit and aligator shoes do not make a salesman.
