My daughter is recently a new patient and I was completely blown away by the customer service and staff. My daughter is 5, and she had been at another practice (which was good but didnt specialize In children). it was absolutely wonderful start to finish and my daughter was in and out at her recent visit with dr kailes. They have her a cavity free ribbon and its hanging in her room! Thank you to the staff
Really impressed me! Affordable and the dentist & hygienists were very gentle and sweet to my kids. I could not believe they were able to do fillings on my kids and got them to not only behave but the kids loved it and asked when they get to go back to Dr. Kailes! WOW! I will def be recommending this place to all of my friends.
Dr. Kailes and her staff are amazing! Everyone at the office has a genuine love for their job and working with kids and it shows. They really care about my kids and treat us like we're part of the family. My kids love the video games and special prizes and attention they get every time we go. I am always allowed in the room with my kids for their cleanings and treatment, which I appreciate since their last dentist didn't allow any parents past the waiting room. I just wish Dr. Kailes saw adults, too!
