I have been insured with State Farm Insurance, through Kathy
Dottore's office in San Marcos, CA, for several years. They have been provided me with detailed information when requested, excellent rates, and excellent client service. I have always been able to talk directly to a representative who has listened to my concerns, answered my questions and
made me feel like I am their most important client. Working with my agents has been a pleasant experience as well as a benefical one. Without hesitation, I would recommend State Farm Insurance.
Dear Kathy, Thank you for calling me and letting me know that my rental insurance was over due. As you know, I have always been on time with my payments. What happened was that I was on vacation in Italy for one month and totally forgot about it until my return. I appreciate you not letting my rental policy expire. If it had, it would have cost me a lot more money to use the insurance company my lender would have forced me to use.

From "first contact" by phone with Trevor, through multiple contacts with Christina Whitman both in person and by phone, and the followup with Cathy Courson, I had supportive, friendly interactions. Trevor is very personable and interested in the client's needs. He does well "front end." Christina
was helpful, patient with all my questions and multiple visits, and sympathetic with my concerns and "loss." I knew she would follow through in a timely way. And.Cathy was a God-send when I walked in that Monday having just driven my "found" vehicle there and needing help dealing with all the "claims adjustors" I had talked with over the weekend. She not only helped
me fill out the affidavit then and there (to speed up the reimbursement process), but she made several calls to clarify what I was "allowed" (e.g., safety inspection) after I had had a negative interaction over the weekend.
(She, too, got different "answers" depending on the person with whom she spoke.) I don't think I've ever had to go through a claims process of this nature before. They all made it bearable and doable. To all of them, and you, thank you.

When I called to tell you about the newly acquired dent in my car's bumper when I went shopping, you immediately took charge and gave me instructions to get the damage repaired. I went to Kenny's Kar Klinic in Vista, and they gave me the best service, arranged for me to get a car while mine was being repaired.
