Really?. I went in for a much need eyebrow shaping. There were about 5 workers standing in front of the shop. Which is intimidating and unwelcoming to a new client. Travelling back to the area for waxing I was completely unimpressed with the look of the salon. Seemed dirty, and I cannot imagine wanting any spa service there.

$19 later for eyebrow waxing...i am missing 1/2 of one eyebrow. Unfortunately, because of how red i was I didn't notice it until it was too late.

I would not go back. I wouldn't recommend to anyone else either.

never again. I had to go back three times to get my hair fixed...looked like a leppard. She had hair color on her gloves and it got all over my hair...dark spots on blonde. The Manager is rude and doesnt not understand how to take care of customer complaints. I should never of had to keep going up there to fix something and then leave with a new mistake. I have never been treated like i was being unreasonable when my hair was that BAD!!!! Very poor tech. And very poor customer service... At no time was i given my money back for anything.
