Great pizza. We go to Mario's about once a week. We LOVE The pizza and have really enjoyed other dishes. The thin crust pizza here is the best in town. We are regulars and love the greek pizza and have gotten to know the staff. I can understand the teen drama comments but if you over look that, focus on the food and the way they treat regulars - this is a great place. Really worth a try!

Good food, bad staff.. The only reason we rated it average is for the food, that is it's saving factor. Sometimes the food takes awhile to get out if it's busy, that is 100% understandable. For the price, you get huge portions, that taste better than sophisticated restaurants and at the fraction of the cost. After reading other reviews, we have to agree and disagree with other patrons. The food is good, yes. The location is convenient, yes. Parking is so/so, yes. The service is bad, yes and no. I must admit when we go there, we hope that the management did some employee changes. Some of the staff is great, when they decide to behave like a staff. It is never a good thing when you are once in awhile tempted to get up and get your own food, drink, napkins,or red pepper etc. Or when you hear the guys and gals playing around with each other in the back. Or the CUSTOMER that is being a pain, who angered the staff and then whole restaurant has to hear obscenities. If the owner had a experienced and responsible manager, that can be there and run the restaurant like a proper business, mario's would be the best place to eat in central Florida. Other than those few bumps, it is really worth it to try the excellent food and enjoy it in a place where you can relax. I swear you really will end up craving their pizza and other dishes!

We just love the great food and service..... Just over a year ago someone recommended Mario's to us and we tried it and we were hooked. We have been regulars for a while and love not only the food, but the service also. The girls there are very personable. We have tried the pasta, pizza and salads. We would recomend the Greek salad and a pizza. Top that off with a drink and it is a prefect night to a long day at work.

Home away from Home... only I dont have to do the cooking or cleaning!!!!!. im a regular at marios, and these bad reviews really get to me. I've come to know the girls that work there, most of them have been working there for over a year and they are all friendly. If you want conversation, they will happily provide it, if you want to just eat your food then you can do that also. it all depends on your attitude and what you prefer. The food is nothing other than amazing. Normally, my family and i just get pizza, however there have been times that we have tried some of the pasta dishes, and i have yet to find anything i have not completely enjoyed. Dishes are made to order, no frozen "pop in the microwave" meals. Its the same cooks everytime, so i know that whatever i order will be made just as awesome as the time before. There are no second rate "stand in" cooks. I honestly hope that people will take my advice and try Marios for themselves. i hope they stay around.

Relaxed, Friendly & GOOOOOD!!!. I am from NY, and my friends are always trying to get me to taste Florida's (New York "STYLE") Pizza...until alittle over a month ago i was never really impressed. My friends asked me to go to their normal stomping ground for lunch...reluctantly i went, and to my suprise i enjoyed every bit of it! We went in, we were seated quickly, ordered off of their "quick lunch" menu (i had the slice special, of course). The food was fast, good and very affordable. Now I'm on the fast track to becoming a 3 time a week regular. I recommend them to all of my friends!

"No sweetie, I don't care about the local teen drama". The main perk to this pizza joint is the location. . .right off I4 and on the way home. The pizza is so-so. . the calzones are always pretty good. The salads are freakishly scary. . especially the greek.

Eating in has been a complete mistake. . and I have tried at lunch and dinner, weeknights and weekends. There seems to always be some sort of "issue" between certain members of the staff, their friends, the boyfriends, ect blah blah. . and those sitting at the tables are usually privy to all the details before the meal is half up. . . completely unprofessional and downright annoying *especially* due to the fact that it is like pulling teeth to get a drink refill.

Add about 10-20 minutes to the estimated pick up times and you will be about right. . .

Don't get me wrong, I have tried like hell to like this restaurant. Sometimes you just get tired of the snots at Stonewood and Dexters and you just want some freaking pizza *shrug*

Hopefully the owner will smarten up and hire some older, more attentive, experienced staff with some personality. If I want to hear about so-and-so stealing chick-with-thong-out's boyfriend, I'll just DVR some Jerry Springer.

Service is terrible; food over-rated but not completely mediocre.. The food was pretty good (and I went to this restaurant 3 times) but the service was so horrible that it trumped the quality of the food- which was okay, not great. The place is run by a bunch of snooty teenagers. I don't know what that owner is thinking but obviously he or she is relying on the food to attract customers and putting service to the way side. I even ordered take-out once only to find the service equally as bad.

Seriously, if you want to eat decently and not feel like the help is speaking down to you because you broke up some exhilerating conversation about Linsay Lohan or the top 100 most shocking whatever the hell interests these cackle head girls go somewhere else. Joe's is about 1/2 mile down International Pkwy in a plaza where parking can be found, the food is better and the servers are there to work.
