Very nice people who rip you off with cheap merchandise they claim is top quality
Please do not shop here. They are lying crooks. I have bought a bag for 345$ that fell apart after 4 months. I came in the store and ask them to fix the broken metal part, since the bag is recently purchased. The owner yelled at me saying the bag was older than 4 months and that I was lying it cost so much.
I will report them to the better business bureau, and other consumer protection agencies. This is ridiculous. I have even been yelled at. They are horrible lying con men. Do not buy anything there - everything is overpriced and probably fake.
Do not buy anything in that shop!! – Oh they were pretty friendly when you want to buy something, but everything is way overpriced and if you happened to buy but come back for some customer service then you'll be sorry for yourself. They are rude and don't want to help you once the deal is done.
Everything is too expensive, they are not polite (pretend they don't understand your language when they actually are from the same country as yours so they can listen to your conversation), and they aren't nice at all.
Unless you want to be ripped off, do not go to that store.
bunch of rip offs - don't come here!! – Don't ever come here unless you want to get ripped off!!
A Dishonest and Crooked Business!!! – The salesperson claimed the leather handbag I liked was $400+. After some haggling, the owner himself offered $269 if I paid cash. I counter-offered $250. The owner then said $259, to which I agreed. I handed over $200 cash to the salesperson and was about to count out $59, but he stopped me and asked if I wanted to put the rest on a credit card. I was more than happy to do that since I have a credit card that earns me miles. He rang up my card and held down the sales slip for me to sign. I signed w/o paying attention but noticed afterwards that he charged $77.13 instead of $59. He explained the extra $18.13 was sales tax on $259. I argued that wasn't the agreement and expressed my unhappiness. Both he and the owner said they couldn't do anything about it. Basically, they got their orig. offer of $269 and then some from me by stealing $18.13 from me, and I'm sure they already made a killing off me at $259 for the bag. Definitely stay away from Porto Fino Handbags because they are dishonest and crooked!!!
STAY AWAY- RUDE and NASTY – Very Rude costomer service, very snooty! I felt like I was being pushed to buy a product. They Lie about pricing and prices- They told me a pair a glasses where down from $240 to $170 but for me $140. Go home to find out they were worth $100. I can see the Customer is "Always Wrong" in this store. While I was their they were arguing with another customer. Weak management. Manager doesn't know his Left from Right- Over Priced !
great selection and service – Leather lovers, this is it. This store has everything-handbags of every size, briefcases, laptop pouches, luggage. Unbelievable selection. Salespeople are ultra-friendly and go out of their way to hook you up with just the right bag. Soft, buttery leather. It's so hard to choose, since everything is high quality and reasonably priced. Suitcases also come in titanium with those "spinner"wheels which are so convenient. I couldn't help spending much more than I intended. But it was worth it.I want to return as soon as possible just to see whats new. Shopping is a real pleasure here-you can hardly believe you're on South Beach-no rude sales staff, just friendly helpful guys.
