HORRIBLE RIP OFF AND RUDE!!! – I decided to get a peel since I am an aesthetician and we do not offer peels at my spa. I had heard a lot about EUROSPA and decided I'd give my fellow Day Spa some business instead of going to a resort spa where you just kinda feel like a number.

When I called to set the appointment the friendly desk agent told me that the peels were around $100 and that she couldn't sign me up for one specific peel without me first seeing an aesthetician. I double checked online, she was right, so I agreed to an appointment time and went in the next day.

When I arrived the man at the desk was friendly enough. He didn't review my treatment with me he just asked to have a seat and fill out some paperwork.

When the Esthetician came to get me she was very nice but did not introduce herself. She asked me to change and get under the covers. Upon getting in the covers I noticed they were stained with various colors. Despite getting the willies from it I climbed in and laid down.

She came back in and began cleansing my skin and told me that they mentioned to her I may be interested in a peel. I told her about my issues with my skin and she picked a peel that would best fit me. Never once did she mention price, nor did I ask, figuring they were all "around a hundred" as the desk girl mentioned.

Now let me back up by saying I've had peels since I was 15. So.... she did the peel for me. I've never experienced anything like this. First, she didn't give me a fan at any point nor warn me about what she was doing. It wasn't until I was probably spasming from lack of oxygen did she ask if I was okay. I said "I've been peeled before and the stinging doesn't bother me, it's the fumes. I can't really breathe." to which she replied, "Oh yea, I forgot to tell you to breathe out of your mouth. This will actually burn your nose if you breathe through it" ... uhm, okay....

So, a minute or so later I'm still laboring to breathe and still squirming under the intense alcohol taste in my mouth. She asks "Is it still burning." and I said again, "It's not the burning, I can't breathe through my mouth without tasting the peel and I can't breathe through my nose either." ... then she replies, "oh, I guess I should have given you a fan. It's going to neutralize in just a moment."

If you've had a peel before, or not, you could at least see how up to this point I'm pretty uncomfortable with just about EVERYTHING. I'm sitting in stained sheets and can't breathe while my skin is peeling off. But that ain't nothin'. Now, I got to check out....

Here's the 'friendly enough' character behind the counter. Our conversation goes as this....

"How much do I owe you?"

"You know you're going to peel right?"

"I'm an Aesthetician, but thanks. I'm happy to peel. How much do I owe you and can I leave a tip on my credit card?"

"Yes, how much?"

"I'd like to leave her $20"

"Your service was $175.... (rude pause) you STILL want to leave her a $20 tip?"

You can image how I feel at this point. Not only will I never recommend this dirty rip-off of a skeezy spa to anyone, but I'll slanderize them whenever and wherever I can. I've been apart of the spa industry in this town for a decade and I've never had such an unpleasant experience. I've worked in day spas and resort spas and never seen anything like this. I DO NOT recommend this spa unless you feel like getting taken advantage of :)

Soo Relaxing – I was down in Naples over the holiday break and was given a gift to go to the EuroSpa for a massage. When I got their I was very pleased with the beautiful environment inside and also with the staff. I was pleasantly greeted and placed intot heir relaxation room to unwind before my service. My massage was great, I actually almost feel alseep haha. I highly recommend the Euro Spa.

AMAZING – When I was trying to decided what spa I wanted to visit while I was vacationing in Naples I came across the Euro Spa. However, when I read the previous reviews I was a little taken back, but decided to give them a call just to see. The women on the phone was very polite and nice and recommended services for my husband and I. Once we arrived at the spa I was immediately happy that I had decided to go there. It was an amazing atmosphere and beautiful inside. My husband and I ended up getting a couples massage that was fantastic. All I have to say is that I have no idea what the other reviews were about maybe an upset employee or something, but I will be back to the Euro Spa again and I highly recommend it for anyone else interested in enjoying themselves.
