Wonderfully fresh, loaded subs – I love how much (noticeably very fresh) meat is piled on the subs here - it's on the order of 2-3x what you get on a comparably-sized Subway sub, so even though it costs somewhat more, when that's factored in, the price difference is largely nullified. Their breads are great too, and unlike with Subway's breads that all seem to taste nearly the same (to me anyway) when eaten as a sub, the different variations here really make for a completely different-tasting sub with otherwise identical ingredients. The freshly baked chocolate chip (I'd consider them chocolate chunk myself) cookies are absolutely delicious too, as long as super-chewy is your preferred type!

One thing that's not as good as it was when they first opened is their version of hot subs, which used to all get the grilled treatment (and is now reserved for only their cheesesteaks). Any other hot sub gets a ride through a conveyer oven now instead (ala Quizno's). Given how long the back-up of subs would sometimes get with most people ordering hot subs, this change does actually makes sense at least from a logistics point-of-view. Perhaps they could still offer grilled as a super-premium option (hot already does cost a premium above cold), though since I prefer cold subs it's not a big deal to me anyway. :)

Finally, it's worth noting that sometimes (even ~1 1/2 years after initially opening) that they still occassionally get an order slightly wrong if you don't keep an eye on them while assembling your sub (i.e., you may get sweet peppers instead of banana peppers). This is actually even another reason why I prefer cold subs here in fact, because when you order a cold sub, they assemble it and hand it to you right away, whereas with a hot sub, they write your order down and then bring it out to you when it's ready.
