Great People & Great Services. I have been going to Your Laser Center since they first opened their doors. I have never been to a business that treats you so welcomingly. Don and Debbie were honest with me about what results I should expect for every procedure I have had and there have been many. I do not mind a little discomfort for results and I have results. I am so pleased with all my procedures and will be a customer for as long as they will have me. I love bragging to my friends that I no longer deal with the pain of shaving and I love that people never know my age. You can trust Don to help you look your best.
Your Laser Center is Awesome. I have been going to Your Laser Center for the past 2 1/2 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Don is very professional, treats his customers like family, and does a great job. He recommended a certain type of treatment (I forget what it was) for my skin type (combination & moderate persistent acne). I went with it and 2 days later, my skin was soft, smooth, and looked better than it had in years.
$ for Nothing. When I first went in they made me think that after 7-10 sessions, I would be hair free. When I wasn't even close to being hair free, they blamed it on hormones and gave me a cost quote to continue. I had my hormones checked, everything was normal. I still have to shave every day and, now I even have to shave my face and neck. I wasted thousands of dollars on their lies. Also, they said it was virtually pain free. That is a lie. It hurts a lot and they left burns all over my legs. I have scars and discoloration marks all over me to prove it. If you want to have laser done, make sure you go to a doctor who will do the procedure themselves.
Do you homework --- Learn, Don't Burn.
Never been to the place, but if you do your homework, you will find that the place is owned and run by an esthetician (Donald E. Keim). You will also find that their medical director, Dr. Geller is supposed to be an emergency room doctor out in Plains, PA and not local.
Maybe there are a few good reviews out there, but I guess it is really a matter of whether you want your face lasered by a doctor or an unsupervised esthetician. The other thing is if there is a doctor to help you if anything goes awry!
Will never go anywhere else. I am a nurse and have gotten several "cosmetic" procedures done before so I have had experience and have a basic knowledge. I walked into Your Laser Center and was treated wonderfuly from the moment I walked in. They said hello right away and they kept to my appointment time. I loved the fact they gave me choices on how to achieve what I wanted and they even gave me many payment options. They do exactly what they say they will and tell you what to expect up front (no surprises). I found they are experts regarding the procedures they perform I initially had IPL done to remove brown spots on my face and I absolutely love my results from my treatments. After my treatments were complete I decided to do more there so I did Pixel treatments around my eyes to help my wrinkles. I can not stress how much I love my results. I can not wait to get something else done----I have an appointment for Botox next week.
Best Laser Place in Lancaster!!. I have been to Your Laser Center with my daughter. They have been nothing but professional and very nice. They have helped my daughter's acne and also the embarrassing hair she has on her face. At 16 years old that can be traumatic. She is free of hair and her face looks wonderful. They took such good care of us from the minute, we walked in the door. They offered us drinks and made each treatment special. They explained all the procedures in great detail and made everything easy to understand. I would recommend them to anyone. I give them 5 stars. If I could I would give them more stars.
Stay away from this place!. I was treated in an extremely unprofessional manner at Your Laser Center. I have since learned of others who have had the same experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are some sketchy buisness practices at work here. Not to mention the type of laser they use is not the best kind for hair removal. If I could I'd give it zero stars.
