This is the only place i trust with my dogs. The place is spotless, organized, the staff has minimal turnover and they know my pet by name. The groomers are outstanding as are the daycare and front desk staff (and of course Jeff, the owner). We have used them for both daycare and boarding several times and will continue to do so as long as we live in cincinnati.
The next best thing to having my family watch my dog! We've used daycare and the kennel numerous times for our pet and have found the staff to be excellent. They treat our dog as if she was their own. Whenever we arrive they greet us (including our pet by name). They will and have gone above and beyond for us and others. Jeff (the owner) is there early in the morning until they close. He is a stand up guy and a old fashion hard worker. Don't hesitate to leave your pet in their capable hands, we don't.
Rude owner/Sick puppy – I kenneled my two dogs there for two nights and gave specific feeding instructions to feed them separately as one of my dogs can be food aggressive. Upon picking them up, I was told that the one dog was allowed to eat the other's food on one occasion. This had to be a blatant lie. My dog's stomach was hard, bloated, and distended as if he had eaten an entire container of food. He puked immediately upon getting into the car. He was not lethargic, but puked and went to the bathroom excessively over the next two days. I had to take him to the vet who confirmed that his nausea was related to excessive eating and/or changes in his food (kennel uses same brand dog eats at home). When talking to the owner of the Pet Spot over the phone, I was basically told that I was a liar and could not prove that my dog had been overfed. He refused to refund my money and was downright rude saying that he has never had any other complaints. This is in fact a lie as I had observed another customer yelling at staff when she picked her dog up. While I have not had problems leaving my dog here for daycare, I would not recommend it. An owner should never accuse a customer of lying. My dog was perfectly healthy before dropping him off.
Truly a find for any pet lover! – This place is amazing. Very friendly staff. They even remember your pet's name after just one visit and make them feel so welcome every time. It's like dropping your pet off at a friend's house. Always a clean environment too.
