Warm and Welcoming.
I had a 10:00 o'clock appointment for a facial and was running five minutes late. When I entered the Elizabeth Grady Salon in Saugus, the receptionist was warm and welcoming, even though I was late. My esthetician was professional and gave me the best facial I've ever had. I highly recommend this Salon, I had I great Service. I rebooked for a massage for my next visit.
