WHATEVER YOU DO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! – We had the worst experience with this practice! we were seen in the stockbridge office, but when you call, you have to call the switchboard and get transfered around! all we ever get is an endless supply of automated systems and voicemails that are apparently never checked! when medication that was prescribed needed to be authorized by the insurance company it took me calling them MULTIPLE times A DAY and leaving lots of messages to get anything done and it was still over a week before anything was done. the office staff is horrible and i am still not convinced the diagnosis we received was right- we are moving doctors ASAP!!!!!
Start over and hire a new office staff. – I was recommended to Pain Consultants of Atlanta by a friend who was previously seen at their Atlanta office. I have been to the Newnan office about six times in the last year and Dr. Zeh was wonderful. However, the office staff are poorly managed, give misguided information and generally act as if they don't care. Bottom line, The MD is great. However, at some point you have to work with the staff and that can be a problem.
Good service and results. – I have been to Pain Consultants of Atlanta for several years and have always had a positive experience. They have a large patient following and I have not experienced any of the issues listed in one of these reviews. Pain Consultants of Atlanta has improved my life and I would encourage you to give them a try.
We are satisfied – We have been to their Newnan office several times and was very happy with their service. Then we moved to Lithonia and started going to the Decatur office. We have been very happy there also. We have seen 2 doctors there are have been happy with both.
The receptionist at both offices are very friendly and professional. The doctors seem to care about your comfort during the procedures and have done a good job of making us pain free.
Poor concern for patients rights – Business office doesn't return calls for days, if ever. I had to call 4 times! Billed insurance wrong and it took 6 months to get them to correct it and they would not return the calls from my ins. company at all. When my Dr. left I was not notified until AFTER I had made return visit to see the PA and they told me. The office just kept seeing his patients, and that is poor quality of care!
