Tips for Salon Totality
Skin felt great!. Having a facial is a luxury for me; I've only had one other in my lifetime. Thanks to a gift from a carpool buddy, I was treated to a wonderful facial at Salon Totality for my birthday. Rori Freeman, esthetician/owner, made the appointment and I was given first-class service. She identified my skin type, used quality products, and treated my skin with care. I particularly liked how she explained each procedure, the product she was using and why it was chosen. I walked out of there glowing (comments on my skin later by my fiance and family were off the chain!!!). The products I purchased for home maintenance make my skin look and feel younger and more supple. I am so pleased with the whole experience that I'll be seeing her on a regular basis. And, before I fly to Arizona for the wedding, I'll be scheduling an intense moisturizing treatment. I wish I could take her with me...I highly recommend her!

I'm not sure who Leahwalker had spoken to, or what had happened, but my experience was comfortable and relaxing. I was warmly greeted by the owner, Miss Rori Freeman (who is not the manager) and promptly taken to get my hair done. Interesting to know is that Miss Freeman doesn't do hair, she is the estitician (skin care, massage, that sort of thing). After I had my hair done, which was efficiently handled and very stylish, I chose to have a facial massage, by Miss Freeman. That was outstanding!!!! Miss Freeman is quite skilled in her profession and I Highly Recommend that when you go to Salon Totality, don't leave until you try her services. :')
P.S. Leahwalker, I would suggest you try it again.
The service stinks. The salon manager has a very poor attitude. Did'nt feel comfortable at all while getting hair done. I will never go again.
