****BEST FOOD IN MILL CREEK HANDS DOWN!!!!***. I have been going to The Zinnia Cafe since before they went into the new, beautiful plaza. I have had pretty much everything on the menu (lunch and dinner) and it has ALL been good. The menu is very creative. Huge windows for people watching during the day and low lighting for romance at night. They usually give a "taste" of the featured wine at dinner. Their drinks are nice and strong and their wine menu is great! The staff is all very nice and don't chat your ear off. The owners walk around and welcome you every now and then too. You CANNOT find a place like this around here.
Good food but snobbish staff.
I've been eating at Zinnia since it opened up at this location. Food is expensive yet very good and tasty. The only thing that has soured is the staff. Can we say rude? I was turned away last week since they don't serve "my kind" whatever that is? I thought it was just that person. I came back today and low and behold, I was told to throw out bagged and sealed food that I purchased down the street at Central Market since that violated health food code?
As I was walking out, I was told not to return and destroy this establishment. Oh well, so much for a good restaurant gone snobbish?
Great ambiance and food. I went here with my parents and some relatives who are fairly picky when it comes to food. Well they had no complaints about this place. The dishes and interesting and the service is wonderful. The pasta dish that I had came with prawns that were enormous! The dish itself was very good too, a tad on the rich side for me, but very good nonetheless. I would highly recommend this place for a romantic date or a group. It is a nicer restaurant but the portions and quality of food are definitely worth it.
delicious!!!. We had a great experience! The food was prepared perfectly and the staff was very attentive! I highly recommend Zinnia in the new awesome Mill Creek towncenter
