Over the past 20 years and the purchase of 9 vehicles from different dealerships in the area, the folks at Renton Kia have proven to us that we chose the best in the Northwest. Upon learning of a troubling misunderstanding with the initial purchase of our 2012 Kia Sportage, Ty Coleman and David Gandel worked with us to immediately rectify the situation. Not only do we have a car that fits our needs, we have also found a dealer that is concerned about our experience now, during the lifetime of the Sportage, and when we are sure to be back for our next purchase.
I had such a great experience at Renton Honda. Stanley Johnson was my sales person, and I would recommend asling for him if you would like an easy time while buying a car, he was amazing.

I bought my very first Honda Accord from John Palega (also known as Big John) back in September last year. He was great!! He answered all my questions and made the loan process smooth and easy. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and he should be commended for that. He also gave me great deal!! Please recognize that you all, at Renton Honda, have a great asset to your company and have a very valuable employee.
So far I have experienced one of the best customer service from Big John. He went all out and beyond to get the best deal and did NOT give us the runaround. In fact, everyone was very friendly and professional.I would definitely recommend my family and friends to buy from here and ask for Big John.
Wonderful experience buying a Honda Fit! – I decided to trade in my 2008 Ford Edge for a more fuel efficient car. I went to Renton Honda, spoke with Stanley and bought a 2011 Honda Fit. I knew I wanted a Fit, and Stanley made the whole purchasing experience pleasant. I am not a fan of traditional "car salesmen" and was very pleased with the way Stanley treated me. I received a fair trade-in value for my Edge, and got the Fit I wanted as well. I was in and out in under two hours! When I buy my next car, I will go back to Renton Honda and see Stanley.

Great Customer Service – I usually don't particularly care for auto dealerships, but Renton Honda made it a pleasure to buy a car.
Everyone seemed knowledgeable and friendly and fairly laid back. I didn't experience the high pressure sales game there. Usually I run from those dealerships.
I knew what I wanted, and they facilitated my getting it, simple as that.
I also liked the friendly folks in the parts dept. and the folks I spoke with in the service dept. They seem to make customer service a high priority.
I recommend Renton Honda if you are looking for one.
Excelence Every Step of the Way! – I couldn't be happier with my new Honda Element! And I cant say enough about how great my experience was at Renton Honda.
After my experiences at another Eastside Honda dealership I decided to contact Renton Honda through the Costco Auto Program. It was great and it was easy! First I sent an inquiry e-mail and Eric ramsey answered me immediatly, gave me prices, and suggested times when I could visit the showroom to see the new Elements. When I did visit Renton Honda I was treated like royalty by a team of professionals. Tim Haselman, Phan Seng, and Fin Wang all went out of their way to welcome me, answer all of my questions, and help put together an excelent lease package that I could live with. When I took delivery the next day my new car was perfectly clean, full of gas and ready to go!
I'd recommend Renton Honda to anybody who wants to have an excelent experience buying or leasing their next new car!
Easy and a Great Deal! – My fiancée and I went to look at cars for him, just to test drive to get a feel for what he wanted. Kevin N. did a great job of showing us the car, letting us test drive a few options, and the process all the paperwork. We ended up not buying the car we came in to look at because my fiancée fell in love with a different model. We probably had Kevin run through four sets of paperwork and several trip to the finance offer before we made a decision and he was nothing but patient throughout. The closer for the deal though was Mike Vena. If you need financing for your purchase ask for him directly. Mike did a great job working the numbers and he was willing to share information with that most dealership won't. On the whole it was an outstanding experience and the follow up since the purchase has been exceptional as well.
