Freaking bunch of liars including management. They LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE. Be careful if you think about purchasing furniture from MOR because they just send you pieces of furniture instead of your actual purchase and then tell you that they will send you the rest in a month and the month never comes. You can get furniture in better condition at Goodwill.
Really really Bad service. Like another comment said, you will feel like a king when you enter, but when it comes to delivery, you will be waiting forever....
Very bad experience with Mor Furniture. I'd rather go somewhere else next time.
I don't know if they realize that, in this world of technology, if they don't notch up the service, they will have BAD REVIEWS all over the net by Consumers who have shopped there...
I don't think they know what GOODWILL is. Goodwill is Customer relations, which helps your business thrive!!!
Anyway..I don't think I will EVER buy a furniture at Mor Furniture.

do not buy, horrible customer service, bad quality furniture, needless to say we had a horrible experience with them, they told us it would take 4 weeks to get out furniture it took 8 ( no joke) when we got it they were broken they replaced one of the broken pieces 3 weeks later when recieved the new piece it was broken too. asked for a refund and now a month later are still dealing with them every time u talk to someone different and no one knows what they are doing i dont know if we will ever recieve our refund., they are al scammers there just looking for a pay check do not buy from them
I was so excited to find the exact furniture I wanted for a reasonable price. Then the sales guy says we will have to wait a month to get our furniture. Tomorrow will be one month, I called to make arrangements to pick up our furniture and the guy said the couch was in but not the love seat and it would be another month and a half wait for the love seat. My husband called directly after he returned home from work and cancelled the entire order.After reading all the bad reveiws we are simply going to keep looking there should be a furniture store who wants to sell some nice furniture without having people wait such a ridiculously long time. right?????????
Purchased and waited, and waited – This company has some issues. The moment you walk in the door you feel like a King/Queen and the free soda and cookies will blind you like a gambler in vegas with a shot of tequila. My story is I purchased a bed that has taken way longer than the sales person told me it would be delivered. We did receive our dining room table much faster than they said it would take but they were missing some components. They tried to redeliver the missing parts and brought me the wrong parts once, twice, three times, we are now going on our forth possibly fifth time they have tried to fix this. They offered me 20% off my next item to make me feel better but you better believe I will never shop here again and take my advice pay the extra cash and go to somewhere that gives better overall service.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE – I BOUGHT ONE MATRESS FROM THE STORE , PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE ITEM BUT GUESS WHAT I GOT WHEN IT GOT HOME , A TERRIBLE BEATEN UP OLD MATRESS . I FELT SO CHEATED , I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RETURN THE ITEM . THEY INFORMED A DATE AND TIME TO PICK UP BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I FELT SO PISSED OFF ,AND CHEATED. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FURNITURE FROM MOR. THE SERVICE IS SO BAD NOT EVEN DESERVED ONE STAR.
Will not purchase another stick of furniture from this place – So you go buy furniture here and of couse it's crap...so you buy the extended warranty. But guess what? Nothing that ever happens to your furniture is covered in the warranty! rips, tears, stains, flat pillows....all not covered.
The furniture falls apart with light use within a couple of years. So be smart, save your money and buy your furniture somewhere else.
(They don't tell you what the warranty DOESN'T cover....until you try and get repairs done. Then you talk to someone on the phone explaining what you need fixed...and they still don't tell you it's not covered. Not until you spend time filling out paperwork, mailing it in, waiting, do they call you and say "sorry, not covered."
This is one of life's lessons...learned the hard way...don't buy furniture here!
MOR Furniture - TOXIC Fabric - Fibers – Summary:

Sells Merchandise that may be Hazardous to Human Health.
Fails to Communicate to Customers after Reporting Problems.
Fails to Remedy even Serious Issues with Merchandise.
I purchased a love seat/double recliner at the MOR store in Bakersfield California and recently contacted the company regarding the disintegration of the threads in the fabric after zero use.
The fabric that separates the Corduroy like-raised pile is disintegrating into almost airborne size particles which could be hazardous if inhaled. The larger particles are sharp enough to puncture the skin.
I sent an email to MOR and contacted the San Diego office by phone on 3/9 and spoke to a Representative named "Oscar" who asked me to send photos and said he would follow-up upon receiving them.
No follow up from Oscar by phone or email. I sent another email on on 3/14 with no response. I called MOR in San Diego on 3/18 and spoke to a person by the name of "Hyman" who claimed to be a supervisor. He looked over the pictures and emails sent to Oscar and decided he would call the GM at the Bakersfield store and see what they wanted to do rather than making a decision at the corporate level. I received a call back from Hyman Stating that because the furniture was sold "AS-IS" MOR is declining to credit, exchange, or refund.
So, my advice, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. They will eventually be driven out of business like customers finally did to Levitz Furniture after years of consumer abuse.
I plan to send the photos and the story to the proper State and Federal agencies e.g. Consumer Protection, etc. for them to follow up. You can see photos of the particles at PissedConsumer dot com.
