Citysearch Editorial Review. Gourmet Noodle Bowl sits on the edge of the International District, which allows it to have the luxury of a little more space than the average Chinese restaurant. This Taiwanese joint uses the space well, with nice décor and a comfortable feel. The menu has a variety of dishes, from cheap pork and rice bowls to fancier seafood dishes to the $15-per-person all-you-can-eat hot pot. They do one of the best renditions of hot pot in town, on a flat burner with lots of great options for meats and vegetables, as well as a make-your-own-sauce bowl. If you like offal, be sure to let them know so they include the bit parts with your hot pot.
