response to the coupon issue. I would like to share the trouble with the coupon the previous person commented on. First of all we made an error in working with a radio station and a local TV station on a promotion to offer discounts on some spa services. Two points the person made errors in: The spa never collected any money, the stations kept every dime paid for the promotional coupons, we in return received air play (very little) and the client. The stations also did not tell clients at the time of purchase the expiration date nor the details that we would be closed the last week of December. We were in a dilemma and it was no fault of ours. We offered to extend the coupons two weeks past the date just to assist in the error. The stations did not honor thier end by refunding any coupons. I say all of this to share this experience with other business owners and spa goers to please look at the fine print and ask questions before you buy a "online spa coupon". We now sell our specials directly from the spa only and their are no expiration dates. Thank you , Medispa DIrector.
GIFT CERTIFICATE NOT HONORED.
I received a $75 gift certificate for a massage from this spa. I had never been there before but I was looking forward to a massage after Christmas vacation, so I called them on 12/26/07 to schedule an appointment.
A woman answered the phone. When I asked to set up an appointment, she said that they were closed from Christmas week through January 3. I told her I had a gift certificate that expired on 12/31/07 and if that meant this certificate was no good or if I could schedule an appointment for January 3. She said that they had been having problems with the certificates, but that they had given "ample notice" on their phone messages of their closure. I listened to her and waited for the "but we can honor your certificate if..." because I was stunned that a business would not honor their gift certificates if they were closed for the whole week prior to the expiration date. I sat in silence though - she did not say anything after her schpiel that they had given ample notice. I wished her luck with her business and she said "uh-huh".
What a deplorable way to handle business! They received payment for this gift certificate and now what began as a kind gesture (the gift certificate) ends with wasted funds and ill feelings. What kind of business owners believe they can close for two weeks, leave a message on a phone machine, and believe that is ample notice. I grew up in a family that had their own businesses and this is not the way to establish yourself.
I will NEVER go to Level III Medispa. Habitude honors their gift certificates and is open for business.
AWEFUL spa. This is a terrible place. The chiropractor/owner of the spa is an unfriendly person who both insulted me and I saw on multiple occasions insult her employees. I stuck it out there because of the fabulouse facials I was getting, but since the old facial person Jen left the facials are sub par. I agree with the last comment about the turn over rate. No one stays there and I wonder why? I would warm people against going to this spa.
The Spa With Everything!!!!. Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had! Right off the bat the two girls at the front desk were amazing! They were truely excited that I was there and made me feel right at home. My facial was absolutely wonderful. Jenn really knows what she is doing and I can't wait to go back and see her! As if that wasn't enough they let me know that my insurance may cover massage and chriopractic. Now there is no need to go anywhere else! Thanks so much girls, you made my experience more than memorable!!! If you need to find me thats where I'll be!!! Level III Medispa you rock!!
Best Chiropractor in Seattle!. Dr. Hunter, the chiropractor at Level III honestly gave me the best neck adjustment I have ever had! She is caring, professional and has a great ability to zone in on what the real problems are. Having a massage right after the adjustment was the topper. You should check it out if you need a top notch chiropractor
Spa has potential but needs attention to details. This spa has its ups and downs. It is nice to be able to getchiropractic care at a spa. And the space has a nice feel. They also offer persoanl training, another plus. But there is a high turn over rate in the staff, So if you are seeing one particular person, this may be a problem. And sometimes they are just closed without notice. Or there will be lost records of pending appointments. I gave them some time to work out these problems as they were new, but these issues never got any better. Everyone there seems nice just don't seem to stay there long.
Jenn i the BEST esthetician ever. The best facial I have ever had in my life was from Jenn Stack the esthetician at Level III. She made me feel right at home from the moment I walked through the door and her knowledge of skincare was sinsational. She talked me through the problems with my skin and explained to me how we were going to fix it and prevent further damage. She never pushed sales on me, but gave me the knowlege of the products I needed to make an educated decision (I ended up buying them and they work great). I will go to Jenn as long as she is there and will follow her wherever she goes!
Medical spa offers skin care, body wraps, chiropractic care and personal training under a doctor's supervision..
Though the clinic takes insurance plans and offers treatments like chriporactic care and Restalyne, the bright waiting room of this spa never feels too clinical. Once inside, patrons are escorted to peaceful, muted rooms for a variety of treatments. The spot features everything from classic facials to Botox, massage and personal training. Body waxing is also available. Murad skin products are used in treatments.
Get it all in one place!. I was thrilled to learn that my insurance will pay for my massages. So now I can spend that money on facials with Mary! The facials I have been getting have really cleared up my skin!! I can't wait until my next appointment.
Best Spa and massage experience!.
I was very impressed. The staff is awesome. All highly experienced and super friendly. Cory is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had.
Also - GREAT location, ample parking, beautiful & classy newly constructed clinic yet good prices.
I'll DEFINITELY be a regular.
