I've never had a r
I've never had a tatoo before and Smiley made my art work come true. He didn't black it out entirely yet took his time outlining and shading. He knew exactly what the piece needed without much explaining from me. His artistic vision was my vision and together what was produced is a piece that not only means a lot to me but is well done and Im complimented on it often. It's original and it was affordable! Smiley was not only talented but made me feel comfortable he was personable and professional. It was my first tatoo and if I get another, Smiley is my guy!
