Citysearch Editorial Review. This small International District restaurant doesn’t really set you up to know what to expect inside. It’s a Chinese restaurant, yes, but what they really specialize in is ramen. No, not like Cup O’Noodle, but big, heartwarming bowls of rich Japanese-style broth filled with chewy egg noodles and a variety of toppings from roast pork to corn kernels. There is a hidden secret here though, listed amongst their appetizers, where you will find a number of very good Chinese dishes, are some of Seattle’s best xiao long bao (or soup-filled dumplings). There is little that can cheer up a dreary day like a bowl of steaming hot ramen and a few of these little pork buns.
They are closed on Tue.. It is my favorite restaurant. They have the best ramen noodles with varieties of choice..service is quick and friendly.
