To all our clients new and existing we have moved as of Julyn 2010. We've tried to update the address but are struggling getting it to stick. Come in and see us were still in Everett.

worst customer experience. This salon is dishonest and does not care about their customers. The staff is conveniently forgetful when canceling your AFT draft causing your account to be withdrawn after the fact. You would think being a small business that they would care about their customers.....but not the situation. I would highly warn anyone looking to do business with this location.

SunQuest is known for its honesty and customer service. We have policies to follow but try to be flexible when we can. In this case there was a misunderstanding in cancelling a membership. We do require 7 days notice and a signed form. We give an excellent service and price so we must follow membership policies. We did go the extra mile and compensate you anyways. You seemed happy and we are surprised to see your comment. To all new clients, we invite you in to judge for yourself.
