Dirty Food or wrong order? why not both! – I recently ate at this Red Robin with a friend of mine. i am not hard to please. We both ordered burgers and both got the wrong burger but my fruit was there. The fruit was very fresh like it had just been cut, but it looked like it had been picked up off the floor with all kinds of junk stuck to it including a little black hairs on every piece. Thats not the worst. My burger had a half a soggy french fry tucked within the shredded lettuce. i did not order any fries so there is no reason to have had a fry on my plate, and in the lettuce on my burger, disgusting. i told my waitress about both the fry and the fruit and all she did was offer us dessert. There was only one other table in the bar so there was no reason for her to ignore our comments. We paid our bill and went out to the parking lot. I was still pretty upset by the whole thing, and a man asked what was wrong. He ended up being a server there and suggested we go talk to the manager. It was strange that the manager was not concerned about the whole thing like it was a regular occurance. All he did was shake his head and agree witheverything that was said, and then offer us some free food after we just paid for our wrong order with tainted ingredients. Save yourself and eat somewhere else.
