Very unprofessional – I had a combined deal to get a pedicure, facial and massage. This was the worst pedicure Iv ever had. No creams, lotions, exfoliation, etc.. It took 5 minutes top to bottom. The facial was unlike any other spa Iv ever been to. I asked if I should take anything off and the lady told me to get on the table. She didnt pull my hair back. She also left the room for 10 minutes during the middle of our session. Only the massage therapist put in any effort although I wouldnt recommend her. No one is licensed and it feels like everyone is making up the services as they go along.

EvelastingSpa False Advertising – Evelastingspa-us is a EVERLASTING FALSE ADVERTISING SPA. They have a certificate in the Money Mailer indicated that just bring certificate and you will get facial, massage. and pedicure for $70. The certificate does not indicated that you need to make an appointment: meaning you can walk in with that certificate an get service. Well that's not what happen today: 1/15/2011. I walked in with the Money Mailer certificate and stated that I would the "VIP Holiday" for $70. An Oriental guy said that I needed to make an appointment. I pointed out to him that the certificate has two deals: one call "Thursday only and appointment is needed and the other one called"VIP holiday"-No indication of appt needed except to bring the certificate with you. He insisted that I needed to make an appt when the money mailer certificate clear does not state that.

The man started to get rude. I just left and told him I will be writing a review about false advertizing. I also felt he looked down on me because I was an African American. There was nobody else in the place to say that he was very busy. The placce look more like a nail place than a spa place. Only one lady was doing her nail. If an appointment is needed for the so call "Vip Holiday"... It should have clearly stated in the certificate CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AND THEY KNEW THAT..
