As a BLACK FEMALE new to the car buying experience I was lied to, cheated & left to feel emotionally RAPED!!!! The Director of Sales at Crown took the 30day old 2013 Brand New Honda I got from Boyd Honda & convened me to trade it in by telling me I'd be saved $1800 w/me trusting him wholeheartedly because he was BLACK.... Went in for air in my tire and came out w/a $28000 Honda Civic.... $11000 more than I owed on the EXACT SAME CAR, MODEL & COLOR I drove in. All GM Scott Wasle "da Weasel" had to say was "cannot you read? Well you signed the contract" even AFTER they acknowledged I had been LIED TO, DECEIVED & OVERCHARGED $700+ in this SAME contract. I was never told or shown where my interest rate was increased from .09% to 5.9% and I have a credit score of 780. Crown even ignored Honda Americas' intervention effort to reinstate my ORIGINAL contract . TOTAL UNETHICAL SERVICE, $$$hungry and I hate I TRUSTED a human who must have no clue about karma or honesty!!!!! THE SALES STAFF AT CROWN HONDA DOES NOT CARE!!!!!!
I went in at 11:45am on a Wednesday. There was one car in front of me. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would have to wait 2 1/2 hours. Where is customer service??!!! Not here. I went to Jiffy Lube with my new car. Imagine that. I can't even give them my business!
Always had great service. This last visit was no exception. Charlie and Josh worked with me to correct my car problem, taking into account the history of the problem, and they came up with a very satisfying result.
A great experience – We had a great experience purchasing our Civic. Cannon was terrific - knowledgeable but not pushy. Lee was also great when we were negotiating price. He had mentioned a $ figure early in the process, indicating that there was more negotiating room on the Civic. When it came time to finalize the deal and we reminded him of his comment, he made good on his word.
One of the best parts of buying a Civic at Southpoint is getting to use their honest and capable service shop. I have actually had this dealership send me a check in the mail when they realized an error had been made in calculating the age of a warranteed part. Now that is truly impressive and earns my grateful loyalty.
Terrible Customer Service, avoid this place! – I have had several poor experiences here, but today was the icing on the cake. crbaninec said it well in his 2/21/12 review: "Their customer service is one of the worst!" This was a case of a misunderstanding on the part of the manager, Tracy Alexander, and a lack of interest by the sales person, Joy Mix. Overall, the details of the misunderstanding aren't pertinent, what is important is that it was a simple misunderstanding that should have been cleared up in a manner of minutes. However, Tracy preferred to have an adversarial relationship, not a cooperative one, so the end result is that they have added another disgruntled set of clients to their 'discard' pile. Very unfortunate. With so many other car dealership willing to go out of their way to extend excellent customer service, there is no reason to put yourself through potential grief at Crown.

Terrible Customer Service, The GM is an A**hole – Their customer service is one of the worst! I bought a new car from them and they failed to mentioned details they knew. Which resulted in my car breaking down on I-85 five months later. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They will just screw you over too! They could care less about you or your vehicle once they get paid for it.

Excellent experience buying a Honda – We're so happy with Crown Honda -- Noah Benaske is awesome, answered all our questions and had the car we wanted in the color we wanted within a day of our decision to buy. Everyone was helpful and friendly. This was by far the best car-buying or even car-browsing experience I've ever had (and I've had several)! Thanks, Noah and Crown!
Horrible Customer Service – After refusing to honor the online coupon, the manager told us over the phone he would get the paperwork ready for us and to bring in a check to hold the car until we could get the financing striaght. An hour later, we leave work and show up at the dealership only to see that same manager in negotiations with someone else. Threw off the whole workday, and not even a phone call! Just an awful experience!
Not a good experience for a Honda dealership – I came to this Honda dealership because it happens to be the closest to my house. I also realize it was a very busy day at this particular dealer. However, this doesn't excuse the rudeness of the employees. I walked past several (more than 10) sales people and no one even acknowledged me. I didn't get a "Hello" from a single soul. I was checking out the CR-V on the showroom floor for about 5 minutes when the woman at the desk FINALLY asked me if I needed something and I told her, I was taking my business elsewhere. Way to lose a sale! I bought my Honda CR-V at AutoPark Honda.
Sherlyn was very friendly with us and I think she is very good sales person.
