THE BEST, MOST AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD IN N.C.!!. A little known, bistro called MUCCI'S tucked away in downtown Monroe, was truly a find!

The atmosphere was like walking into someone's home, where you expected a little Italian woman to come out of the kitchen and welcome you to her home!

The food, was, to say the least, incredible! Mark Mucci, the owner, uses all his mothers real, passed down for generations, home made recipes!

You just can't find places like this anymore unless you have the time, and resources to fly to Italy!

I cannot express enough, how this hidden gem is the

best food, and atmosphere, not only in Charlotte, but all of North Carolina!

Live music, from various up and coming musicians is also an added bonus.

If you are looking for a new, completely real, authentic little place to eat dinner, you really have to come to Mucci's!

I'll be back at least once a week, if not more, to try everything on that menu!

Totally worth the drive from uptown which is a mere 20 minutes away.

Come to Mucci's, in the heart of Monroe, and they'll make you a meal that you simply can't refuse!

Mucci's Bistro named as #1 Restaurant in Monroe. Mucci's is a Family owned and operated restaurant located in the heart of Historic Downtown Monroe. Thier slogan says "We'll make you a meal you can't refuse" and they have held true to that claim. Recently voted as the #1 restaurant in Monroe and the #1 Italian Restaurant in Monroe by the viewers of URBANSPOON and other restaurant sites. Just type "Mucci's Bistro" in a google search and you'll see for yourself. Serving up a great selection of Italian Classics like, Chicken Marsala, Vegetable Lasagna, Grilled Flatbread Pizzas, Manicotti, Egplant Parmesan as well as Steaks, Seafood, Soups, Sandwiches and appetizers. There is something for everyone! Desserts.... Oh my, oh my you will love it. Just try it and you'll be hooked.!
