The worst customer service EVER! – I can't tell you how many hours I spent on the phone with this company regarding installation in my new home. My initial experience with the sales department was great. Then I was contacted by Sharon from the "collections" department at 3:30pm the day I was moving from out of state to Richmond asking for photo ID to be faxed, copies of utility bills and other proof of ownership of my home by the end of the business day or my appointment would be cancelled. After trying to explain to numerous reps that I was in the middle of moving from another state and did not have access to utility bills etc. in the middle of my movers coming and trying to get ready to drive across country that I could not stop and fax items right now. I was reassured that my appointment would be kept.. no one ever showed up and i was told after being transferred no less than 22 people. I was given numerous stories as to why no one came including that I wasn't home and and then I didn't comply with the collections department. As if I owed them money! And I wasted so much time and effort I will go to Verizon. Different stories, no service, waste of time. Wish Optimum was here in Richmond.
