I visited Dairy Queen at approximately 8:45 p.m. on
4-24-2010. I pulled into the drive through. I ordered the buy a regular size blizzard and get the second one for 25 cents. I asked the person taking the order what flavors did they have. He was very short and rude with his response. He stated "they are up on the board. He acted as though I had the menu memorized. I was not treated with good customer service during that visit. I am disappointed, because I thought that the employee is supposed to provide good customer service skills. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt for my order. I decided to get the information for the store and report what happened during my visit.
