Not the best store out there. Royal Oak has some great stores for maternity and baby. Don't just go to this store as the new ones are awesome!
Best maternity store in the area!!. I was so happy that I found this store!! They have, by-far, the best & cutest maternity clothes in the area. I've spent a lot of time looking for maternity clothes that fit good, are cute & not crazy expensive. Hullabaloo did it all, with great service from the girls too, they were super helpfull and understanding. I tell all my newly pregnant friends not to waste their time shopping anywhere else.

I just had my baby shower yesterday wearing my Rebel black dress pants and beautiful rose colored crocheted tunic from Belly Basics from HullaBaloo. My girlfriend's went crazy and got me 90% of my gifts from HullaBaloo.
I got THE most awesome stroller on the planet ! Apparently, HullaBaloo is the only store that carries it in Michigan - it is the UppaBaby Stroller that comes in all these great colors (i got the new light navy version with black detailing) and has bassinet that you put on when your little one is young and then later you switch out the bassinet for the stroller seat.
I also got great nursing tops, a yoga outfit with track jacket in orange and black from Olian, nursing pjs and robe.
Oh and the baby clothes were sooo cute... from Rabbit Moon, to Zutano, to Shilav, to an adorable hand-knit hat, mitts, and scarf !
Can you tell I was thrilled with my shower gifts ?!!? I had such a great time surrounded by great girlfriends getting gifts from an owner who is a mom too and sells tons of mom-made items and supports her local community.... (we go there for the Royal Oak Halloween walk every year and for their custom ceramic hand-print events).
My favorite children's store in Royal Oak!!!. This is my favorite children's store in downtown Royal Oak!!! I think I've bought half the clothes in the store for my daughter already, I love everything they have. I especially buy all my gifts there because I know I'll always find something super cute and reasonably priced - I barely shop at the mall anymore. You've got to check this store out if you haven't been there yet, I'm sure you'll love it too!
keep looking. Not very friendly service. I found the owners to be lacking in knowledge of their own products. I do agree the prices are reasonable but, I did find other maternity and childrens stores in the same area to be just as unique, better prices with more helpful service. I suggest walking around and checking out other similar boutiques. The store was very cluttered and not stroller accessible. Certainly didn't live up to the hype!!!
Cute store!. I was searching online for maternity clothing and this store popped up so I went to check it out. Great store! They have very cute maternity clothing for 1/2 the cost of some of the other boutiques. Also, half the store is dedicated to children's clothing so I had to peek to see what I might buy my little girl once she arrives. The big thing about this store for me is that it's very affordable and the stuff is not something you'd find at the other every day stores. I spoke to one of the owners for quite some time and she was very nice and offered up some great advice. I will definitely be visiting again soon!
Adorable little find!. I found an advertisement for this store in a copy of Detroit Hour or Metro Parent at my doctor's office while pregnant with my second son this fall. It has been 10 years since I was pregnant last and found quite a few new, trendy and quite ingenious items in the store. They also carry clothes that are a little less common and for more special occasions like gift giving or portraits. The owners are very accomodating and informative and have obviously found their calling!
A little gem!. Great little store that I found on a walk downtown...cute stuff, very affordable for a boutique and I loved talking to the owners. They're both very down to earth, have kids and take great care of their customers. There's a gift spot in the store that has many items made my local mothers that are actually really cool and unique. I love finding the little stores that offer up items that I can't find everywhere! And if you're pregnant, they have really stylish maternity clothes for a fraction of the price compared to a few other boutiques I shopped at when I was pregnant. I'll be back for the clothes when number 2 is on the way!
