Steakhouse that needs steak tutorial!!!.
I recently visited this restaurant with my husband and another couple on a Saturday evening. We were seated (or should I say stuffed) into a small booth that was positioned just beyond arms-reach from a large party. It seemed that they may had added extra seats to that party's table, which inconvenienced us as a result. The service, (along with a delicious Pine-fin Martini) was the only acceptable part of the evening. My husband and I ordered the Porterhouse ($45 a la carte) to be cooked medium-WELL. When we cut into it, it was bleeding. So I sent it back, which I always hate to do. It was brought back out by the head "chef." This time, it was so charred that I could literally scrape ashes off the top. It was basically inedible, but by this time I was starving so I decided to fight my way through eating some of it. DISGUSTING!! I was INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED.
Stand Out Steaks.
Stand out. Staff is great, food is even better. Surpasses in quality and ambience the many ordinary steakhouses in town. Try the corn side dish but, beware you will be addicted. Also over 300 wines to pick from.
