Bad management, not professional and terrible service!. I went into this salon for a simple eyebrow waxing (after all they advertise for it right on the window). The owner herself did a horrific job. One of my brows was about 1/4 of an inch shorter than the other and much further from the center than the other!! IT LOOKED TERRIBLE!!! When I got into good lighting and saw just how bad it was I called her back and let her know I was unhappy and would like my money back. She told me I could come back in and have her work on them some more but they were so butchered and short that I wasn't going to let her near them again. After refusing to refund my money, she hung up on me. When I called back her employee refered to me as "that crazy b*tch" and then put her back on the phone. Finally I let her know that I would be reporting her poor service and that if she was going to refuse to own up to the bad job she did by refunding my $10, I would simply come back in and return the $25 worth of products that I had purchased and disdute the charges for the service. I'm not trying to say that she messes up everyone's service but for a woman who claims to have been in business for 35 years, I expected much better customer service. These things happen and paying customers deserve better treatment. I do not reccomend going here and if you do.....DON'T LET JOAN WAX YOU!!!!
