I have been coming here for over three years and it is always a quick experience. There is never any waiting and the hours are great for people who have to work!
This is a great clinic! They have great experienced doctors who are open nights and weekends. The office may not have marble floors but it is clean and well stocked! It is much better than a drug store "minute clinic" or a hospital urgent care! Thank you!
This is a hidden gem. Service is professional, friendly and quick. The environment is wonderful. More spa like than sterile office. Go here before anywhere else.
The staff was upbeat and friendly. The doctor listened and did a test. He then wrote a script so that I could manage my condition until my appointment with my primary care physician. Great for triage (do I need to pay attention to this?) and dealing with problems while we wait.
The staff is professional and every time I have been there I am in and out in less than 30 minutes - once even with x-rays. I am so glad I found this place because my primary doctor is seriously the hardest to get into because he works almost no hours. I do have insurance so don't know what the other fees are but they were no problem with BCBS.
Unprofessional.
They took me right away, since I was a 7:45 walk in. I was rushed and the two employees behind the desk babbled some instructions to me, while asking for my ID (which I gave). I was asked to fill out a one page that asked me nothing about my medical history. when it was time for me to go back the other person continually pronounced my name wrong. Everyone was speed talking and one informed me that I just made it. I tell time very well, thank you. She showed me to an examining room and I was told to have a seat. The same employee comes back and begins to as me questions and writing my responses on the back of an envelope or torn paper, explaining that they were having computer problems. she took my pressure and my temp, which both were normal. She replied that my temp was slightly elevated. She then said she needed to swab my throat, not explaining why. Not using gloves of any kind and did not put the swab in a sanitized container to protect it. Once she made me gag, she literally immediately, abruptly turned and walked out the door, never making eye contact or any apology for making me feel so uncomfortable (almost as if she were saying, take that lady for coming here so late). After about 2 or 3 minutes the other employee (no gloves on) opens my door and has a container in her hand with a swab inside, and sitting at a computer (the worker that swabbed my throat)stops her by saying if you are going to swab her, I already did. The employee in my doorway said, "then where it is"? Again the first employee holds up the swab in her left hand, saying, "here it is". The swab was not in a container of any kind, and hands it to the other employee. She closed the door and the doctor came in about 3 or 4 minutes later to tell me that I had strep throat and the results came up immediately. These were his words and the same words of the employee that swab my throat. No one washed their hands, not even the doctor. I was asked if I was allergic to any meds and I explained. I asked the doctor could he prescribe something that would not be too strong and that I would not mind having to take a med a little longer, but still get results. He looked at me like I fell out of the sky!
As if he didn't really understand what I was saying. He seemed really confused for a couple seconds. At any rate he did not change his mind. Well needless to say I do not and did not have strep throat. My first warning should have been that there were no cars in the parking lot. They forgot to give me back my ID, that was still in the copier, I was told to take a couple of cards and tell my friends, This was the most unprofessional, uncomfortable, memorable experience. I will remember never to go back.!!!!!!!!
horrible service. waited for over an hour. front desk girl was rude and was talking on cell phone the whole time, arguing with someone. Smelled like urine and mothballs in there. looks like an abortion clinic. i dont know why i went there. i usually go to meadowbrook urgent care- they are awesome. i will never stray from them again!!!!!!!!
