Worst mani-pedi yet!. I moved to the Livonia/Novi area about a year ago and have been trying out different nail salons to find one I like. Le Nails at Twelve Oaks is NOT one of them. I had a mani-pedi ($35, an excellent price, though) two nights ago and I?d be willing to bet money that the guy who did my nails was high; his eyes were slightly bloodshot, he was mumbling, and he kept talking about how hungry he was (immediately after he had finished my manicure, he went across the hall and bought cookies from Toll House). The paint job on my toes is laughable and my nails were not the shape I asked him to keep; he cut my nails straight across and hardly filed at all, and when I asked him to ?please round the corners,? he said, ?no, they look good this way, trust me.? When I got home, I more closely inspected my toenails to find that he had not covered the entire nail with polish! This sounds like I?m exaggerating, but I promise I am not. Needless to say, I will be trying Wonderful Nails at Twelve Oaks instead of ever going back to Le Nails.
